    Every member of Lee Brothers Construction made me feel that my home was a priority. The entire roof was replaced along with 2 corners that were knocked off by falling trees. One whole room needed interior repairs to sheetrock and painting. All the exterior repairs were painted or stained as well. Outside plumbing and a deck ripped up by root balls of trees were repaired and replaced. Every area was not only repaired it was improved thanks to their conscientious attention to detail. All of the workers were very polite and helpful. I highly recommend this family owned and operated company for any roofing or remodeling job you need.

    Great experience with Lee Brothers to do a total deck replacement and new roof including new skylights. Terrific staff and expert project management for a complicated two story deck that required demo and rebuild in same footprint. They are honest business professionals and their crews were hard working professional craftsmen that do high quality work. I highly recommend Lee Brothers Construction.Great company, great service.     They replaced my worn asphalt roof with metal on my house and reroofed the old tin on my barn with similar R Panel. I was impressed with the knowledge of the foreman and the work ethic/capabilities of his crew. They did a great job and I am very pleased with the outcome.

    Lee Brothers Construction replaced our roof after hail damage. They were great to work with. They helped us with selection of new roofing material, insurance, and the work product has been great. Since replacing the roof, weve experienced some massive amounts of rain with no leaks. They also did a very nice job of keeping the work site clean (no nails in our tires).     We used Lee Brothers Construction for a remodeling job on our house which consisted of enclosing a portion of our back porch as well as building an elevated porch extension with a roof. I was impressed with the quality of their work and, despite some delays due to the inevitable supply chain issues everyone experienced the job was completed on time and on budget. The workers on the job, especially Ben, were very friendly and did a quality job. If you are looking for a remodeling or construction job at your house, Lee Brothers should be the first ones you call and I look forward to working with them again in the future.

    Hurricane Harvey literally sunk our sunken master bedroom. Everything had to be replaced- custom wood trim, carpet, walls, doors, vanities, fixtures, paint, even wall mirrors. Lee Brothers did an amazingly awesome job, even better than original. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship is excellent, the job was done in a timely manner and the workers were all very friendly AND very conscientious about getting it right the way we wanted it and not leaving a huge dusty mess every day. I heartily recommend Lee Brothers Construction for anyone needing home remodeling, they actually care about their clients and take pride in their work.

    Large oak tree fell on my house. Not catastrophic damage but needed to be repaired. Also had some water damaged edging that needed to be replaced. Had the roof re-shingled as well. Lee Brothers workers arrived on time, completed the jobs in a timely and professional manner. Very satisfied with the quality of work performed and the cleanup afterward.     We hired Lee Brothers to do a large home addition to our house in Elkins lake. We added a little under 900 square feet of living space and a new garage. After unsuccessful attempts to shop for a larger home or a lot to build, we decided to go with adding on to our existing home.We started with a consultation and went quickly into a meeting with and architect. The design process was quick and painless.Shortly after the designs were finalized, we received the estimate and entered into a contract. Yesterday, we did our final walk-through and the work is 100% complete.I must say that living in a home during construction is not the most pleasant experience that I’ve ever had, but it was well worth it! Lee Brothers and Kayon (GM) made it way more comfortable than it should have been, and the end result is even better than we expected. The work was done in a matter that it’s difficult to tell that the house wasn’t always this way.I highly recommend Lee Brothers to anyone building from scratch, adding on, or remodeling their home. Thank you Lee Brothers and Kayon for giving us exactly what we needed!

    Lee Bros. did a fantastic job with a complete renovation of our lakehouse. They replaced wiring, plumbing, flooring, and changed the interior layout to accommodate an additional half bath. They handled the entire job professionally. Rick was able to give us an accurate estimate and time of completion and he stayed on plan throughout the project. At the end, he even presented us an album documenting the renovation. I strongly recommend Lee Bros.

    When my wife and I decided to extend, cover and enclose our patio we got quotes from 4 reputable local contractors. Lee Brothers Construction was the clear winner in the quoting department. They were professional, thorough and took plenty of time to answer all our questions.Once construction began Tony, Rocky and Jake went about their business as true professionals. No corners were cut, everything was done according to code and the jobsite was thoroughly cleaned at the end of every day.We now have a beautiful 430 sq. ft. addition to our home and couldnt be happier.     Along with many others we suffered damage during hurricane Harvey. We were at a total loss on what to do and who to hire. We saw a contractor at one of our neighbors house and stopped to chat with him. He told us he did a lot of work with Lee Brothers and the homeowner let us see the progress of the work they had been doing. We were impressed and called Russell to see if they could help us as well. Being our second home we were very limited on when we could be there, he accommodated us and we met right away.Richard came by and surveyed the damage and said they could help us. From day one everything was great, the contractors were all very professional and courteous. One thing to note is that we were unable to be their daily to monitor any work performed so we placed all our trust on Lee Brothers. Richard and Russell made an anxiety filled event the most organized one ever for us. Any issues (hardly any at all) were quickly resolved, we had constant communication and use of Portal to track work. All of the contractors - from flooring, bath remodeler, tile layer, cabinet maker to painters were all fabulous and easy to work with! All were very friendly and knowledgeable in their areas and none tried to push things on us we didn’t need nor request. The quality of their work exceeded our expectations! The best part of it all was we were able to get everything done within our budget, just as promised!If we ever have to go through anything like this again, Lee Brothers will be the first one we will call!

    The Lee Brothers replaced our roof after a bad hailstorm a few years ago.We were very happy with the work they did for us. They were also easy to get ahold of and responsive when we needed to contact them. Later, when a falling branch damaged the roof while we were out of town, they were able to fix it while we were gone. When another hailstorm damaged our roof again this year (2020), we contracted with them again for the repair. Things didnt go quite as smoothly this time around. The job took longer than predicted, and a couple days after it was finished, we had to call to get them to come by and remove some of the materials theyd left in our driveway. But they remained very quick to respond whenever we reached out to them.

    I gave a rating of a four only because of the experience I had with my first GM, as soon as I was paired with Kayon the project started moving along and the quality was excellent. He made the experience enjoyable and created a relationship with the people that he works with. If I would have started out with Kayon as my GM my rating would have been rated a five hands down.     Lee Brothers Construction did 2 bathroom remodels, installed a French drain, recapped a chimney and fixed some slab corner chip outs for us. My wife and I could not be happier with their work.     David Dileo of Lee Brothers Construction was instrumental in replacing our shingles from hail damage. David took us every step of the way from making sure that the insurance claim was accurate to making sure that the shingle replacement was done quickly and in a very professional manner. Without David we would have lost money from our insurance company. He was diligent in making sure that the adjuster had everything right.     These guys were the most professional as I have seen in a long time. When it comes to general contractors doing construction or a home repair and remodel in may case, it is so hard to find someone reliable and knowledgeable. Many try to market themselves as general contractors in the construction business but are really just handymen. I was thoroughly impressed especially because they were available to answer questions and keep me updated. At the time their business was really busy and they still made time to come and make sure all measurements and preparations were all set before they came out to do the job. Their crew that came out seemed to be organized, efficient, and did great work. I’m glad I found Lee brothers and I have already recommended them to others.

    We are very pleased with the outcome of our sunroom addition. The project took a little longer than hoped, but we started this right as Covid hit so I know that had an impact. The end result was as good if not better than what we expected.I have done other (and far more simple) projects in the past with other contractors and many of the contractors decisions we certainly not how I would have done it myself or wanted it done. Lee Construction did a great job, great choices by their superintendents and very quality work.Quality workmanship is difficult to find on West side of Lake Livingston, in particular Cape Royale. These guys are quality, reliable contractors.

They installed metal roofs on our lake house and boathouse, painted exterior brick, refinished wood floors, removed a wall, installed stacked stone around two areas, had live edge counters made for powder room and bar as well as a mantle. I also requested an outside area enclosed for a pantry, it was executed beautifully. They are very responsive to my requests and do extra jobs when working on site such as installing new ceiling fans, removing a door and installing louvered doors, etc. I highly recommend this company. I already have another request - installing stacked stone on fireplace surround to the ceiling.
