I purchased an L&B Home in 2019. The entire experience exceeded my expectations. Lucas and Brooke were great to work with from the construction to the interior design elements of the process. The entire team is honest and goes above and beyond ensure things are done right.

We truly enjoyed our entire experience building with Lucas and Brooke. We did a custom build that was completed in 2021. The house turned out beautiful! L&B was very transparent throughout the whole process and the project was completed on time and in budget. They were so easy to work with and they are talented at their craft. We would use them again and we recommend them to anyone looking to build!

L&B did a fairly complicated remodel/new-construction project for us in the Heights historic district. We were doing a full remodel (down to studs) of an existing bungalow and adding ~2000 new square footage. It was quite a big project!Lucas and Brooke did a great job managing the project and working with us and were always available and always calm and upbeat even when there were inevitable challenges. They completed the project largely on-time and on-budget with great transparency.We were VERY happy with the results of the project and their professionalism and work style.
