We had the best experience with Landsea while purchasing our first home. Their sales associates, mortgage representatives and superintendent overseeing the build were extremely helpful and accommodating. The process from signage to move-in was flawless. We received communication about the progress of our house often and we continue to be impressed with the quality of the home. Working with Landsea for my first home buying experience was amazing. The builder Cody take great pride in the work he does and the home is wonderful. Mike from the sales team was also great he was not pushy and found us the exact home we wanted! I highly recommend Landsea to first time home buyers or anyone looking for a reasonably priced home that’s built in high quality.

I had a wonderful experience with the team at Landsea in Lariat community, Liberty Hill. Donna was our sales rep and she was so kind, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole duration of my clients home purchase. Then we were also blessed to work with Cody, the construction manager during our bluetape and final walkthrough- he was thorough and very pleasant to work with while explaining all we needed to know about the home. I hope I get to work with the Landsea team again!!!
