Donna, the Warranty Manager, was amazing! I submitted a request to have my garage sensors checked because my garage door would open with the remote but wouldn’t close. I explained that the sensors were green and amber and blinking. She promptly arranged for a team to come and inspect the issue.Not only did she handle my request efficiently, but she also patiently listened and provided guidance for additional concerns I was experiencing. She was friendly, attentive, and patient, never making me feel like the issues were my responsibility.Thank you, Donna! You are the epitome of exceptional customer service.

We bought our Antares home in September of 2023, and since taking ownership, we have entered several warranty claims, and we have had a great experience with each one.The warranty website is easy to use and Rodney Hayes is a great communicator, very helpful, and ensures our tickets are taken care of as soon as possible. He follows up and makes sure everything is good before closing them out.

We bought our house from Antares in 2022. It has been a great experience. The home was really well built and the customer service has been wonderful. Being a new build home we have had a couple minor issues with it, but Antares has always stepped up and immediately corrected whatever the issue was. Rodney in the warranty department has taken great care of us and even when something hasn’t been covered by the warranty he has helped me to find the fix on my own. Would absolutely recommend buying from Antares if you’re looking for a new build home!

We had a great experience purchasing our home with Antares. Karla was so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, had all questions answered, and were fully satisfied with our purchase. Her positive, upbeat and fun personality was an added bonus! We were very impressed with her. Noah was also very helpful with our walkthrough and made sure all of our needs were met. He has a great energy about him and made our walkthrough process super enjoyable. He had us cracking up while also being very professional and answering any questions we had. Overall great experience with Antares and would recommend to friends if they are looking to buy a new home!

I moved into a brand new Antares home last November (2023). As with most any new home purchase, I came across a few warranty related issues after moving in.When I noticed some water seeping through my shower glass, I uploaded a picture and description of the issue to the Antares home warranty portal and within a few hours I received a call from Rodney. A repair tech came out quickly and fixed the issue. When I noticed some defects on a few of my homes windows, Rodney had the issue addressed within a few days. When I later found a hairline crack on the filler to my fireplace mantle, Rodney again had the issue fixed.Rodney has gone above and beyond to ensure that my investment in an Antares home was money well spent. He answers his phone when I call or text AND always follows up after a job has been completed to make sure that I am happy with the results. I just cant say enough about Rodney!In addition to Rodney, I also want to give a big shout out to my sales person Ronit. During my home buying experience, Ronit was knowledgeable about the development and was able to answer all my questions about my future home that was being built. She sent me weekly photos on my homes progress and answered her phone when I called to ask questions. I could not have asked for a better experience thanks to Rodney and Ronit.Antares Homes rock!

Our home has minimal issues that are normal new home items and the warranty with Donna as our contact has been excellent. Their contracted repair company has been easy to work with and friendly. I have clients purchasing a new build in Godley TX, Coyote Crossing. We met Caroline Vigilante when we arrived to tour homes. From the initial meeting through the purchase process and soon to closing, Caroline has been so wonderful to work with, from a realtor perspective as well as from my clients perspective. She gives a very refreshing, positive, knowledgeable vibe to the home buying world! Antares Homes is lucky to have her representing their product, I can only hope I have more clients that would like to buy or build their new home in Coyote Crossing!

In Rosewood Estates there are two builders, Veralux and Antares. I originally was going with Veralux and it was a terrible experience. I turned to Antares, and from the moment I met Cheryl Wahl, I knew this was it. She has been the absolute best throughout the whole process. Cheryls professionalism and compassion is unwavering. She was quick to respond and provide answers to all the questions a first time home owner could ask. She has helped make buying a new home completely stress free. I was able to walk through my home throughout the build and Cheryl made sure certain things were addressed with the builder. I love the quality in the Antares homes. Compared to the other builder, I am highly pleased with the completion of my home. I didnt just buy a new home, I bought a new home that I love. Proud to be apart of the Antares family. Thank you Cheryl for everything, you have been a blessing!

We had a great experience building with Antares and feel even luckier that we had Karla for a sales associate. She is an amazing person and a HUGE asset to Antares. She kept us so informed throughout the process. When you are a first time home buyer, you have a lot of hesitations and nerves because you have never done it before! But Karla kept us up to date on every step that she was taking through the process not only so we were informed, but also so we could understand the process! It was such a joy working with Karla who made my nerves in this process dissappear!

I believe that presentation is everything as you only get one opportunity to make a good impression and Antares did not disappoint us from the initial response from the online sales team, to Karla, the onsite sales representative who went above and beyond to provide a personal touch to our home buying experience by being responsive and attentive to what we were looking for so we didnt waste time and toured the homes that fit our needs. Bought our first home with them! Very minimal problems and great quality build!! Warranty services have been incredibly helpful, responsive, and they make sure to get what few imperfections or problems weve had fixed up as quick as possible without hassle. Jacob (their warranty guy) recently helped us figure out an exterior leak that was infiltrating our drywall that we could not find the source- his knowledge and expertise eventually found the source from a cracked / misinstalled window frame along the exterior structure and had it repaired right away! Super helpful! Would really recommend these builders!!

We decided to build at The Heights of Weatherford and were so lucky to get Brandy as our sales associate. She is truly an amazing person which makes her an even better representative for Antares Homes. She went out of her way to address any questions we had INSTANTLY! We were so pleased with the transparency and care we felt because of Brandy. Antares is so lucky to have her because she is a hard worker and I can tell she goes above and beyond for everyone she comes in contact with. If you are considering this community, I am positive you will have the same experience we did.We love our new home and are confident that it will stand the test of time. We were also super lucky to get Jason as our builder. He also addressed any and ALL concerns we had. We are first-time homebuyers and didn’t know what to expect. I honestly don’t know if it could have been any easier. Building with Antares has been amazing and we are pretty sad the process is over. We loved it that much!

Khristale McKay with the Antares Home Warranty Team is such a professional that seems to value Great customer service, which seems to be lacking in business today. My A/C unit went out at home which made for extremely dangerous and hot conditions in 90 degree temperature in Texas. The HVAC contractor was not able to send out a technician until the next day but Khristale was not willing to allow me and my family to be without air conditioning for more than 24 hours and made a call personally to the contractor and ended up having the contractor send a technician out the same day instead to fix the problem. Thank you Khristale McKay and the Antares Home Warranty Team for your exceptional customer service!

I am happy with my new home and They build a great home at a reasonable and affordable price for the money. If you buy from them, just make sure you do a good walk through before you sign for your house! Do not let them rush you and check everything, granite counter tops for hidden cracks, scratches on your kitchen sink, left over glue on tiles, look at tile from different light angles to see it. Check drawers for looseness. These are just a few things that I missed even though I thought I checked, they are hard to see when everything is buffed up. But, trust me, you will save yourself a lot of time and frustration getting all these little things done RIGHT before you sign. Otherwise, you will be at the mercy of the original companys that did the work and will have to make time for them, usually during the day, during the week. Unless you are retired and not working this is an issue if you have to make arrangements to take off work to accommodate the very people that should have done the job right the first time! So, beware. Other than that, I Love my new home and it is energy efficient and overall am very happy with it. Buying from Antares Homes has been a good experience!

I’ve had some intermittent Maintnence issues that needed to be addressed throughout the year and Jacob with antares warranty is always responsive, professional, and acknowledged my concerns. He alone has been able to fix or answer most of my questions, if not he directs me to the point of contact who handles it, otherwise he sets up scheduling and handles all communication. Thank you Jacob for your hard work!!
