I’ve made the purchase with the previous company and it’s been a year. I’ve owned my home and I have recently conducted my yearly inspection before my home warranty was out and I must say Mrs. Donna D. Has a system made throughout the whole process this year. even though she may not do them maintenance work, she made sure that if I had any issues with my home which are very minimum the contractors were contacted. She followed up and ensure that if there was anything that I didn’t understand with my home warranty, we work through them and together it was awesome. I’m grateful for having her on my team for the home warranty. Thank you, Mrs Donna.

I wanted to take a moment to comment on Ashley in the warranty department. She completely understands the construction process, building codes and warranty specifics.She excels in communicating complex information in a clear and concise manner, making it easier for clients to understand their warranty coverage and rights. Her empathetic approach ensures that clients feel heard and valued, fostering strong relationships and high levels of customer satisfaction.More specifically, in January 2024, the winterstorm that lasted 5 days: During that time I heard a horrible noise coming out of my attic and was not able to get an appointment until mid-week. Ashley, knew how the house was constructed and assured me that there was nothing wrong. That was a normal HVAC feature. And she was right.Thank you again for going above and beyond for your customers.

I recently moved into my new home in Goodyear built by Landsea Homes and could not be more satisfied. Two months prior to completion I was told what my closing date would be and this was accurate right to the day. I was extremely surprised at how thorough this company was in going over the home at final inspection. The supervisor, Kip, already had noted everything that was on my list, and even some items that I had missed. The sales team was great to work with, always so friendly and helpful. The floor plan was very nicely designed. I looked at over 50 models from an assortment of builders in the area, even going into a much high price range, and did not find a floor plan I liked as much as my home. This entire process was enjoyable from start to finish. I would recommend this builder.

We had an amazing experience purchasing a home through Landsea! We initiated in February 2021, and they were very accommodating and patient throughout the entire process (allowing us to have 3 months to close). After a smooth closing, the move in was seamless, and weve found it easy to adjust to our new living situation.During the middle of a global pandemic, Landsea has managed to exceed our expectations in terms of cleanliness, responsiveness, and general helpfulness in terms of working with us in making a monumental life decision

Overall a pretty great experience. It was a bit tricky coming from across country and there was no real process in place for those who did not live locally. We purchased in Shadetree and Parker was very responsive and helpful. There were some delays which was frustrating but expected due to COVID and were communicated with us. We are finding some minor small issues with the home but nothing major and we are confident the builders will fix as promised. We would recommend Landsea Homes.

Great company with some excellent products! I have been very impressed with the value offered by Landsea Homes compared to the other builders that I have been looking at. The floorplans that I have walked through are very practical and include so many great standard features that were costly additions/upgrades with other builders.

We visited the ShadeTree community and it was beyond beautiful. Every detail was impeccable and the architecture and interiors were right out of a magazine. The sales team was really helpful and made us feel right at home. We cant wait to come back!
