We closed on our house last week. The entire process has been a pleasure. Ken OBrock, our representative, was always available for questions and concerns throughout the build. Our builder, Brad McClain, has been extremely transparent and helpful with the construction of our house. He is very responsive and clearly takes pride in doing a good job.

I am writing this review mid way through our new home build with Shaddock. Despite a slow start, once Phillip Marks took on as construction manager, we’ve gotten to pre drywall stage in a breeze, which is a testament to his experience and client focus. I am confident Phillip would help us through the issues we identify and get us past the finish line as a satisfied customer.

We closed on our Shaddock home about a month ago and couldn’t be happier! Our sales agent, Kenneth O’Brock, and our construction manager, Henry Mattson, were both exceptional to work with. Throughout the entire process, these two were constantly communicating with us and guiding us through next steps. Both of these guys did everything in their power to ensure this was a smooth process for us. Anyone would be lucky to work with Kenneth and Henry on their new home!

We just closed the house in this community and Brad Mclain, Kenneth OBrock did a wonderful job on the build of my house! They were very responsive and easy to work with. I would recommend Shaddock Homes to anyone looking for a fabulous new home in North TX! Nate Philips did a great job explaining the warranty details for us!

We remotely built with Shaddock homes! The sales person Cam and builder Zach were very easy to work with! After they left, Maria the sales person and builder Jason took it over. The experience with Maria/Jason was not satisfactory! After we moved in, the few minor issues we had were promptly fixed by JJ, the warranty manager and builder Nate Philips! One of the biggest concern we had was that our roof shingles was installed in a wrong color from what we chose. Our ceiling had patchy look and our driveway damaged. It was Nate Philips who went to great lengths to get our roof shingles changed to the color we chose, get the ceiling resurfaced and complete garage fixes. Nate is always prompt in his responses and very helpful/thoughtful about the buyer/home owner. Even though we had a not-satisfactory build experience with Shaddock initially, with the help of JJ & Nate, we still have confidence on the super high quality of Shaddock home builds! We receive great compliments from our friends of the build and interior design choices that Shaddock has! We are slowly regaining our happiness in our shaddock build with the help of the crew.

Closed on my Shaddock Home today and I couldn’t be more proud of my home. Brad McLain and Kenneth O’brock were the perfect team! They were always there to answer my questions and never felt alone in the process! Brad delivered a luxury home to us! We will be recommending to others!

My close family is going to build a home with Shaddock. I went through options on website to explore more details . Website have clear details on exterior, design etc
