This is such a great neighborhood. Everyone is friendly, the houses are built well and Keren and Francisco have been the easiest, kindest people to work with. As first time home buyers we almost settled for a older home in Wylie. We feel blessed that our realtor found us this neighborhood. Closing was a breeze and our family is excited to start our future here.

Keren the home consultant and Francisco the builder are both incredibly amazing. Honest, easy to work with, professional, caring, and more. They make sure their client is well taking care of from paperwork to getting the entire house reedy for move in. Its my first time buying a house, and I can assure you that they made it a pleasant experience for me.

Laura Crooks the construction manager is who you want to work with she is beyond amazing. She is very thorough, transparent and passionate about the quality of work she puts out. Chase Adamson was the construction manager I worked with. He is awesome. He went over every details and patiently answered my questions and concerns. His responses to text and voice mail were very timely. I am satisfied with the quality of the home.

From start to finish the entire process of buying my home including the initial deposit, the financing, home walk-throughs and the closing was incredibly smooth. Everyone was thorough and made me feel completely at ease and supported. Furthermore, my rep Keren Stallin and my construction manager, Laura Crooks, made me feel like family and I was never treated as just a business transaction. As this was my first home I was already incredibly anxious and nervous about the process, however the team was extremely patient with me, answered all my questions, made themselves available to me at all times and showed nothing but compassion. Hands down I will definitely be recommending the Centex and Pulte team to my friends and family!
