Their style help is more like guide and less like a sales crew. Your needs are first and they know if your happy and can trust they can guide you through the crazy process of buying an affordable and beautiful home at Lago Mar, they know you will stay with them and buy again. -

Beautiful Homes and gorgeous Model Home!!! Sales Consultant is incredibly attentive and knowledgeable! The community is gorgeous, and the Blue Lagoon is a must-see!! We enjoyed a day there in one of the cabanas, and it does feel like a quick getaway!!! -

Very excited to be a CastleRock homeowner. The inspector I hired commented on the great quality of the house. In his words the best new home I have inspected in long time. Suzonne was amazing throughout the process. She was professional, welcoming, and kept us updated on the progress. Mike, the construction manager was very detailed oriented. After taking over he identified issues and ensured they were corrected. This is our 3rd new build and the best so far. -

We have been working with Suzonne Shivers at Castlerock Communities for a little over a month now. She is the main sales representative for the home we are in contract for and has truly gone above and beyond. Its evident that Suzonne genuinely cares for her clients through her exceptional communication over email and phone, punctuality, and professionalism. She is easy to talk to and honest. There have been multiple times we have had questions throughout the home buying process with them and she was available to answer on and off hours. She even would ensure we could visit the home when we wanted to and would either arrive early or stay late with us.Since this is our first home we have been particularly attentive to the details and Suzonne and Castlerock have yet to disappoint us! We cant imagine working with a more phenomenal representative! She/Theyll tell you Castlerock wants to ensure their homeowners are taken care of and they take pride in the quality of their builds. This was also very true for us--we still brought in a team of inspectors who found minor cosmetic needs but complimented the quality of work Castlerock has done.All this being said, we HIGHLY recommend Suzonne at Castlerock in Lago Mar! -
