An excellent building experience! After having some difficulties finding the best builder for the job, we turned to Kranz Construction. That proved over and over again to be an excellent decision.The design and build quality exceeded our expectations, every detail was reviewed and confirmed in order to ensure our plans were achieved. Furthermore, efficiency with time and design, seems to be his specialty, as progress was almost always made daily, with minimal delays. He even identified extra opportunities to create an entire other room at minimal extra cost, which would have been otherwise wasted space. All this, well keeping our price limitations in mind.Interior design services were even offered, with their designs exceeding those of an independent internal designer that I had consulted. Specifically, I was able to create a dark academia themed office, which has wowed every single person who has been that room!I have no reservations recommending Kranz construction services. Furthermore, I will happily attest personally if needed.

When we decided to add a garage and outdoor living space - no small project with the amount of dirt that had to be moved since our backyard is a steep slope - Mark immediately caught our vision and helped us bring it to life. From well-designed plans to consistent communication to remembering details that I’d forgotten I mentioned, Mark was on top of the project each and every step of the way. He was always aware of the budget, and he never pushed us beyond it or made decisions that would cost more than anticipated without fully disclosing and discussing changes. We absolutely loved working with Mark and his subcontractors, all of whom were professional and prompt and very skilled. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

Mark was a great asset in designing and building our house. He worked with us on designing our dream home. His design was efficient and well built and helped us to find and reclaim unused space. He worked with us on every step of the process.

We purchased our home built and designed by Mark Kranz just under two years ago. We are absolutely head over heels in love with it! We are a big family of 9 and needed something that could accommodate us all. This home was perfect with 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms and a square footage of 5400. Mr Kranz thought of everything when he built this home. All 5 downstairs bedrooms have their own full bathroom and walk-in closets. Making this a dream come true for our kids. The separate office space with hidden saferoom was a nice bonus as well since my husband is an avid gun collector. The second story of the home was built in a way that maximized square footage. Even with the bathroom and elaborate movie theater we were able to add an additional 2 bedrooms and still have a large open area for exercise equipment and kids play and gaming area. My personal favorite is our master bedroom with two walk in closets for him and her and and large jacuzzi tub! The separate his and her sink area and large 3 shower head shower are just the icing on the cake. Everyone that comes to our home compliments on how beautiful it is. The recessed ceilings with elaborate architectural design and crown molding are always a topic of conversation with new guests. The open floor plan allows for large gatherings and the chef of the house never feels alone. The kitchen is so spacious with double ovens and an island to accommodate cooking for our large family. Mr Kranz thought of everything making sure there was plenty of cabinet space and bar seating along with kitchen nook area and separate formal dining room and all within the open floor plan. There is a lot I didnt mention like the laundry room with plenty of cabinets, utility room for cleaning supplies and even an adorable nook for coats and backpacks. The swimming pool is a true life saver in the summer and it even has a little wading area with a fountain for our little one. I highly recommend Mark Krans to build your home. He definitely can maximize your build with his knowledge and experience.

Cool company, they will answer their phone on a federal holiday, they will also have their workers or subcontractors working on federal holiday- America. Really nice owner

My husband and I experienced a house fire on Nov. 26, 2021. Mark Kranz assisted me and the Insurance Adjuster with identifying everything that needed to be done to to make my home whole again. He and his construction teams worked diligently to complete all projects in a timely fashion (note: 2021 was not a good year to get things done in a timely fashion due to COVID) in spite of COVID issues. He went so far as to meet with me at Vendor sites to select replacement items for the house, he never left me hanging. On one occasion, a subcontractor did not follow through as planned and I was totally stressed from living in an Air B&B for 6 months so I burst into tears. Using very thoughtful words, Mark calmly walked me from the ledge. Mark made sure that each week I had a schedule of what was planned for the week and if something was changed, he ALWAYS informed me as soon as he was informed. Bottom line, I am so very satisfied with the planning of work as well as the quality of worked performed by KRANZ CONSTRUCTION. If you want it done right, see Mark Kranz!!!

Truly custom builds with great attention to detail. Very responsive to any concerns or problems. Very great to work with! Highly recommend!
