Can’t say enough about Kyle and Jana Johns. Jana did a fabulous job with our custom plans and Kyle Johns was the absolute best contractor. They both did everything they said they would and more. We have a 100 percent custom home and couldn’t be more happy. Not only did Kyle do an awesome build he stood behind the work without hesitation. And I must say there were only a few minor issues which he quickly resolved. We would use both Kyle and Jana again without a doubt should we decide to build again. Five stars doesn’t begin to say how happy we are.

We are very pleased with the home that KJ Homes built for us. Jana designed an amazing home for us and Kyle built a well constructed home with many wonderful features. Kyles attention to details and his knowledge of the building industry really sets him apart from other custom home builders. Throughout the process, Kyle was always professional and courteous. After we moved in, Kyle stayed in contact and followed up on any issues. We have now been here for a full year and continue to enjoy our beautiful home!

We love our KJ Home! Jana helped us create the custom floor plans exactly the way we envisioned them. Kyle was very detail oriented throughout the whole build process and was also very open with us on what things would cost which helped us make decisions on what we wanted in our home. He let us do some of our own work like creating all the metal work and even helped us install the antique beams in the living room. We have been in our home close to a year and they continue to keep in contact with us and stand behind their product. One of the main reasons that we decided to choose KJ Homes for our build was that they only do a select number of homes a year, guaranteeing that your project is a top priority for them. Kyle was at the house everyday checking on the contractors and making sure everything was to his level of satisfaction. He is very picky about what goes into his homes and has some amazing contractors that work the same way! If you are looking for a truly custom home then you need KJ Homes to build it! Some people might not want to be as hands on as we were during the building process, but you will have a high quality product either way when you work with Kyle and Jana! We had an amazing experience and love the final product!

We had a wonder building experience from the time we met with Kyle and Jana for the first time. Jana did a great job on our plans and was very easy to work with. Kyle and Jana both made very helpful changes to make our house have a better flow. Kyle is a very meticulous builder with extremely high standards for his subs. Kyle stayed one step ahead of me on any questions I had. He was on the job much more than any builder I have ever used. He always gave suggestions throughout our build to save us money or improve the aesthetics of our home. Kyle made the usual high stress build an enjoyable experience. He has done a great job of staying in contact with us after the build was finished. It was great to finally find an honest, knowledgeable, and detail oriented professional that I could trust to build our home. In the process of building, Kyle not only gained our respect as a builder, but became a good friend in the process.

I could not be happier with the finished product and the time and care he put into this project both while constructing it and following up on the outcome weeks later.
