We have lived in our Kendall Homes for almost four years and we love everything about our house (Seabury Plan). One of the most well thought out floor plan of any builders. The quality is good (yes, there are minor issues, but they did do their best to resolve those issues) and the finish is exquisite (yes, we did pay extra for those finishes). Overall, we are happy about our home and we feel our KH purchase is an excellent value! Thank you, Chris and other representatives who have provided help along the way.
