Our real estate agent sent us a list of different subdivisions of interest in Seguin and told my wife and I, that KB was one of the top builders nationwide. We snuck over on a Saturday afternoon and met Mr. Barry Jackson. He was very helpful and patient with us as we asked a lot of questions. On Sunday, we drove up and down the highways in Seguin before and after church looking at all the subdivisions, houses and different builders that we could find that were open and within our budget. Ultimately, we went back to Barry and asked more questions and looked again at the model homes. We made a decision that day to go with KB Homes and he has kept up with us each week through our process, so far. He has called to check up on us and called us back anytime we have reached out to him. It is a new build and will be a while before we move in. Ill update my post and rating if anything changes.... So far, So Great!! I hope the other steps in the process are as Great as Barry. This is our first time building a new home. Wish us luck!🤞🏼

Barry is the man! He did a wonderful job helping us out to find the right home, lender, etc.. He even took us to another community to see a model home that we wanted to build but didn’t have a chance to see.. Thanks Barry, we appreciate your hard work sir!

Woodside Farms is a new development at the time that I am reviewing this and the homes are large and spacious with lots of Windows and thoughtful Construction features that other builders dont offer. I like the way that you can bring your own lender. Its also got a beautiful view of the Seguin water tower in the background and surrounded by Farmland at this point so I believe the values of the homes will increase as Seguin grows.
