We have been in our new KB home for 4 months. We continue to have a great experience with sales & construction. I can’t speak for everyone in those departments but Demetrius & Dan are rockstars! They always quickly respond to any needs that we have & resolve them promptly. I highly recommend them. We love our new home and are so glad we chose KB over all the rest!

I just want to give Glenn Wright a round of applause. He has been just absolutely great with his customer service. Since taking over as my point of contact for any home service requests he has taken care of same day or scheduled repairs within a day or two. Most recently he took care of a small roofing issue while I was at work and he had the roofer inspect the rest of the roof outside of the area I requested and was taken care of before the rain came that day. He is always a text or call away to answer any questions I have about my home. Even now that he is at a new community he still is just a call away. Glenn is the best.

Meet Kyle W here. Very patient guy, he will walk you through the process of buying inventory home or building from scratch. He is full of advice when it comes to owning a home. KB home is the best out of all the builders I have visited.

He was communicative and always responded promptly. He made sure the sale went though and remained available after closing to make sure everything in the house was smooth and satisfactory.
