Our experience with Zaid was excellent, he was knowledgeable and kind, patient, helped my client find the perfect home.As a realtor for many years, most of my buyers tend to go with re-sale homes. I have worked with new builds, different builders. All have pros and cons. The homes here are feel like townhomes even though they are single family homes. They have a decent layout, good use of space, and granite and 40 inch cabinets are standard. Centrally located. Pricing is fair. A little cookie cutter, however there are quite a few choices to give your home its own identity. I get that a lot of new home builders get a bad rap, however as the buyer it is ultimately your responsibility to be diligent and have inspections through the build process. Keep track of the of warranty timelines and use them accordingly. Will come back and contribute more once my client closes.
