Went to tour the houses. Mr Alberto was really friendly and helpful. Spent extra time explaining the options and making things clear. Now I hope I can make up mind and move here quickly as they dont have many slots remaining. Just praying.Update: got keys Feb 22ππ. Been 7 months living here. Very nice and quiet.They started new phase. Community will get bigger. Only thing i wish is that they make a pond. -

Beautiful plans decent price but have MUD taxes .... on top of city property taxes. -

I have not actually been here, but just looking through their website, the prices are very competitive compared with the homes in the north to include the one we are purchasing and building and plus it would be much closer not only to work for me, but we would also be very close to the beach. -
