*Disclaimer* This review is ONLY towards Ed Guzman, the sales representative at this community.Ed was absolutely fantastic! Very responsive, honest and understanding. He will walk you through the entire process. Ed was truly an honest, outstanding guy. If he could’ve sold in other communities, I 100% would’ve chosen Ed as the guy to help me. I can’t speak for KB homes as a whole because unfortunately I went a different direction, however, KBs floor plans are amazing & the option to customize many things is a plus! Overall, KB is fortunate to have Ed apart of the team! Ask for Ed every single time whether it’s this community or Spanish Trails.

If you’re looking for a new home this is the place to be ! Working with Josh has been such a smooth and fun experience for me and my family when trying to buy our first home ! Highly recommend Kb homes and Josh Price when buying a home for your family !
