I toured some new builds in the neighborhood. The area and neighborhood is very nice and I am very interested in living here. I hope the home prices stay reasonable. It would be a shame to see this neighborhood get caught up in the current outrageous bidding wars that are happening in the Austin and surrounding areas. -
