I recently went throught the build process and purchased my wonderful home. Michelle and her team were wonderful. As well as the construction manager. I am very happy with my finished home. Great Buy!

This is my first time home buying, Michelle Marshall from Sales guided me through out the process and very patiently answered all my questions and Steve Klepfer from construction as well always helpful with all the construction questions and did great job with all the walk thrus. Also thanks to Todd Wiley from KB Home Loan department who answered all my questions. Overall I had great experience with Home buying and construction process.

Beautiful community with decent pricing in todays market. More on the outskirts and near lakes if you enjoy a quieter surrounding this community is for you. The sales team are both very cordial and knowledgeable of the different product offerings in the community. Nice overall community and visit experience.
