    Incredible neighborhood, great amenities and proximity to all things Manor. KB is a great builder to work with, and Deb Vetters’ communication and customer service is top notch. As a realtor, I felt my clients were in good hands with her, and look forward to working with her again!

    Never went to the school but all my friends say it’s horrible other than that it’s a great skate spot got a bunch of ledges and flat lots send your kids here for skating not schooling

    Let me start off by saying If you are a first time home buyer dont be afraid to try I went through multiple builders and kb was hands down the best as soon as I met Deb-Vetters I knew I was in the right place she was professional, knowledgeable, and very work driven she always had a good attitude very positive! That woman knows what shes doing weekly updates, pictures and phone calls she always had an answer for my questions never had to worry if her boss happens to see this just know that good people like her are hard to find these dayshinthint $$ if it wasnt for her I probably wouldnt own a home today I recommend kb homes to everyone looking for a home not only for customer service but quality builds ! My home came out better then I could have imagined no mixups no mistakes my home was ready before closing and It couldnt have came out better great quality work and on time ! as far as construction CJ really took care of business that man has some of the best customer service youll ever experience didnt have to ask for anything he was on top of his game very positive attitude and very hands on between Cj and Deb they made this process a walk in the park couldnt have asked for a better team !!! kb and their staff really take care of their customers as for the other builders I was non existence and wasnt worth the time , I will always be a Kb homes customer if I could give them more then 5 stars i would thank you Deb,Cj and all the others from kb !

    Best first time home buying experience. My realtor and I met with Deb who was AMAZING! She made sure I was informed on the property and never made me feel pressured. She played devils advocate so I could make informed decisions. She also kept making sure I was sure that I was ready to buy. She provided so much detail on the property and home I was choosing. After I decided she followed up on text and was so helpful every step of the way. I had the best first time home buying experience. I’m still so excited about the process. KB really cares about the buyers coming into the community.

    I couldn’t have asked for a better first time homebuyer experience. From communication to follow ups was nothing less than amazing. Deb (Sales Agent) is awesome and very knowledgeable about the whole process and would send weekly updates and was there to answer any questions I had. Bricio (Construction) would follow up periodically on the progress of the home, even after closing went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Troy (Warranty) done a great job of explaining all of the warranties and if there was anything I had an issue with he would get on it right away. Jason (Lender) was super awesome and patient with me. Very knowledgeable. Thank you KB team for such an amazing experience. If you’re looking for a great home buying experience wether you’re a first timer or experienced buyer it’s KB Way or No Way!

    I’ve worked with Debra Vetters-Kirchner many times and she is always helpful , knowledgeable and will actually listen to the clients wants and needs . Most onsite agents I’ve worked with in the past seem to not care about the buyers at all . If they show the client a house and the client doesn’t like it, they usually lose interest with the buyer afterwards . But instead Debbie surprised me and wanted to know exactly what the buyer needs were and she looked through all of the inventory in the state of Texas until she helped us find something that matched exactly that within the budget . She literally goes above and beyond every time . She’s a rare breed . Thank you and you guys are lucky to have her KB!

    On a sunny February afternoon in 2016, I began looking for a home. While driving theough Manor, I saw a KB Homes sign. I knew the company from California. I ventured in. decided to view the models. When I returned to the office, I met Deb Vetter. She was a joy. I spent more than an hour talking to her. She gave me all of the information I needed.I returned the next week money in hand. She drove me around and I selected a lot. Deb was concerned about me and I appreciated her immensely.I was living in an apartment and the lease was up in August.The ball had began to roll and it couldn`t be soon enough. I was on a time line so everyday became important.Weekly, I made a trip to Manor. Walking through the house I had chosen to build, claiming it as mine, talking to Deb and driving to the lot staring at the construction that had been completed.Working with Ceasae (Balderas) was easy. He put my concern at ease and assured me, even with the rain, they ere on the job.I could see a house forming.I got a call from the design center and went out what I wanted. It was a great experience. Staying in a budget, that was a different matter, I got what I wanted.Soon I was talking financing. Andrea Keith assisted me throught the process. Success was the goal and we attained it.A little panicked on my weekly visits, Deb could not have been kinder. She gave me an invitation to stay with she and her family until the house was completed. I was brought to tears because of her kindness.Well, the financing was almost complete and I had to be ot of the apartment by the 31August, so I walked in faith, rented a pod and started storing my household goods.I got a call from Edwin (Benitez) guess what, I was being shown a completed house. Edwin took me through, I noted any deficiences and he assured me everything would be corrected. He showed me how to use all of the appliances along with the little perks. The heating system was difficult I`m not very tech savvy but I stay warm in the winer and cool in the summer.My final call Andrea with my loan approval and my date for signing.I met Kara Stobel on August 30, 2016 and signed my loan docs. It felt really satisfying to hold the keys in my hand.I moved into the house in September 2016.. Troy (Carter) was my customer service representative. When I neede help he was so effiecient. He has been available whenever I`ve need assistance.So, it was a journey. It was blessed and I met some great people along the way. I`ve been in home foer 5 years this September.

    Great service. They offer mild customization to the homes that they build. People were kind and they had competitive prices. Homes take about 4-6 months to build because of customization.

    Josh is the real deal. Super cool nice guy. Doesnt make you feel like an inconvenience if you want to see the house he just showed you AGAIN. Gives you answers you can understand.

    I like the houses, theyre really nice but for some of the houses the pantry was really small, its smaller than the pantry I have now which isnt okay,but I loved everything else
