Have good experience on our home buying process. Abel as our salesperson, Jeff as the construction supervisor, all of them helped us in anyway. Dont mind of other bad reviews. Everyones not perfect. Overall, im satisfied.

I want to say what a good experience I had with the parklands in schertz. Eduardo has been helping us with the home buying process. He helped set us up with a great loan officer as well. Eduardo called me to let me know of a great lot that was available. We said yes to the lot and he was able to set us up with all the paper work with in minutes. One thing i did like about the KB Home buying process was going to the design studio and being able to select all the things i wanted. If your looking for a great location come out to parklands it is one of the few neighborhoods that is still affordable with great lot sizes in the schertz area.
