We closed on our home on New Year’s Eve and have been grateful to the KB team along the entire way. As first time homebuyers, we felt supported throughout the entire process. Cecilio helped us out from day one, with answering any questions we had and communicating with us on the home progress the entire way. He was very professional and we were glad we had him as our sales rep.It was also a pleasure having Kyle as our construction manager. He was very communicative on the home progress and always open to answer our questions. If we bought another home in the future, we wish we could request Cecilio and Kyle as our team again!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Cecilio Moreno, Robin Salter, and Kyle, the construction manager, during my home purchase, and I couldnt be happier with their excellent service. Cecilio was incredibly professional and maintained great communication throughout the process. He ensured that my house was completed on time and without any issues. Robin, the lender, was also amazing. He was on top of the whole process, providing prompt and helpful responses to any questions I had. And lets not forget Kyle, the construction manager, who had excellent weekly communication. I highly recommend all of them for their outstanding dedication and excellent communication. What terrific experiences I and my clients have had working with Cecilio Moreno and KB Home! It was so pleasant with my first clients that I brought their mother to buy her own home! When my client changed her mind about buying at a particular time, Cecilio was kind and considerate and continued to keep in touch with me. From there my client eventually was ready to buy and she WANTED to find Cecilio and buy from him and KB Home. Her children had only good things to say about their experience with him and them, and she wanted a KB Home, as well -- only with Cecilio as her sales rep. His style of communication was thorough but not pushy, always returning our messages within a reasonable time and with the info we needed, whatever it was, and always closing on time. Without a doubt, working with Cecilio is my first preference when looking with a client for a new home builder. I could not think more highly of him professionally. I have enjoyed working with him in whatever neighborhood I find him, as KB Home closes out and starts new ones. We are sure weve found the best of the best and we are grateful. Answered prayer!

This originally was a long and very bad review because of the sales person I had, but for some reason it never posted and I guess for good reason. I want to give a huge THANK YOU to KB Home Sales Counselor Will Miller. Let me tell you he definitely saved yall on a bad review. He is absolutely Awesome and I can definitely say that I put all my trust in him. He has been nothing short of AWESOME. He is the absolute best at communication, responding and getting results. Thank you Will for everything you have done for me. I can say that now I can definitely refer my friends who are looking to buy again and looking to upgrade to KB and send them straight your way. I cant say enough how thankful and grateful I am for you.... Thank You, Thank You. If you are looking to buy in Olympia Falls, please ask for Will Miller, you will definitely not be disappointed.

First-time homebuyer and first time looking at KB homes, didnt fully know what to expect. Upon entering, I was immediately greeted by Aness. He took me on the showing and I was completely blown away by his knowledge and professionalism. Aness was so friendly and excited about the product! I went to two other builders (I wont say who) and I wasnt provided the same expertise and product knowledge at all. He knew the area very well, and got me very excited about these beautiful, personalized homes. Im currently in a lease, but am highly considering the 1234 plan! Incredible service. KB Homes is at the top of my list!

First, If Danee Smith thinks the quality is bad and will bring the neighborhood down, she needs to have her vision checked. Just go look at the models and you will see she is delusional. I have purchased a home in Phase 2 which they should finish in October. I have talked with all of the salespeople and they all have been very nice. Zing is my salesperson and has always been honest and helpful.
