My wife and I bought a home in Legend Heights that was built by KB Home. First of all, the sales consultant, Diane Tran, was excellent! She was extremely helpful during the contract phase and the choosing of options. During construction she provided updates with photos every one to two weeks. She was always available and very professional!!Construction and quality of materials used by KB Home were above average. The construction went smoothly, and the construction manager provided timely updates and was available for questions. The home even completed ahead of schedule!!My wife and I are extremely happy with our KB Home and would highly recommend the KB Home Team to anyone considering a new home -- Choose Legend Heights!!!

This has been a great experience, and I love the agent that helped me step by step. I have owned 20-year-old homes and 60-year-old homes but never a new home and let me just say that picking out the details has been a blast. I love my new house, and I love my big bathtub and big bright kitchen. Everything was easy and fun, and I feel like Miki Maher (the sales agent who helped me) made all the difference in the world.
