Recently purchased a new construction here with KB Homes - it is a gated community, near to Costco, HEB, Charter schools (BASIS, Harmony) and new hospital under construction (Westover Hills Baptist Hospital), and minutes away from Alamo Ranch shopping centers.Genesis was our sales counselor and she did an excellent job - she worked hard and diligently to make sure we closed in time, also kept us in the loop with weekly updates. Buying a home can be a stressful experience but Genesis made sure everything was done in a timely and efficient manner. Garrett (construction manager) also provided excellent service, and construction was finished in the promised timeline.Overall, buying with KB Homes went well. If you run into any issues during the home-buying process, the staff at KB Homes ( sales counselor, project manager and KB management) will make it right !

Genesis Rodas helped my Mom and I at KB Home. My Mom and I weren’t having any luck in other neighborhoods. Once we met Genesis, that changed. Her Spanish is excellent, which helped the communication between my Mom (Spanish speaker) and me. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable throughout our entire experience. Genesis was patient with us, and we needed that. I recommend Genesis Rodas for all your KB home needs.

I was house hunting for months to no avail. I felt defeated and displeased with all the used and pricey homes on the market, so I decided to shop for new homes. I researched prices on new builds and was happy that Cove at Westover Hills was within our budget. It ended up being our first and last stop. We were greeted and helped by Genesis Rodas, and it was an amazing experience overall. No one has taken better care of us in the past—we thanked her for all her knowledge and help. I would absolutely recommend Genesis Rodas.

I visited this community last weekend and met with Jorge Garcia. It was a great experience. He was very informational and professional. Great customer service, he answered all of my questions. Im in the beginning stages of looking for a home.
