Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. Starting from the sale staff (Cesar Acosta) all the way to the construction manager (Garret).Service was impeccable and Cesar was always available for any questions, any doubts or anything we had.I highly suggest doing bussines with Cesar Acosta if you are in the market for a new house. His service and professionalism will not disappoint you.

From the first time we stepped in the KB Home office to the moment we signed for the house an handed the keys, the process and experience was exceptional. Ceasar was great and gave us weekly updates. The Site Super was fantastic. Our KB is quality and they stand behind their product. Highly recommend if buying or building.

Update- The issue has been resolved by KB home representatives. I have given 4 stars because of the back and forth communication of 5 months for the garage door opener installation.I have recently bought a house in this community and has been waiting for garage door opener since I have closed the house which is November 2020. Its been 5 months that I moved in but they havent installed the opener which was promised by the sales person of KB home and I have the proof. Once you sign the closing document, nobody knows you when you need service or help. This is the MOST unprofessional people I have worked with.
