We just started a new built and was very impressed with the design center customer service, they were very polite and I enjoyed working with Sarah. She helped us coordinate our appliances, cabinets, paint exterior etc. Sarah was very helpful and patient. I highly recommend her. I will addend my review once the house is done to add loan and build feedback!

Beautiful up and coming community. I had the pleasure to look at the new community being built here and the homes that are being planned.KB homes has beautiful model homes and great sized floor plans.You get some great sq ft for the price and is definitely going to be the best community on Evans rd!Although it isnt going to be gated the area surrounding it is great, quiet and safe!I know I will be looking into possibly living here!

Beautiful property in Northeast San Antonio. KB homes continue to improve and the models at this location have great layouts and features. Starting to get very pricey for San Antonio starting at the low 300s, but that is the price of progress! Keep up the good work KB!

From day one Bob Welch at Canyon Crest treated my husband and I like family. While the home we bought in Canyon Crest was already built when we purchased it, we were still treated as if we were new home customers and KB went above and beyond to make us happy before moving in. The homes they are building now are so very energy efficient, sound proof, beautifully detailed and well thought out. Canyon Crest is such a friendly neighborhood where people wave to you as you drive or walk by. It is a pleasure living in our home and the best decision we have ever made.
