Pleased with Quality of Construction and KB Home staff are a delight! We spent several days arguing over color shades, options and budgets. Stanley and the rest of the team were very accommodating and patient. Final decision has not been made, however I think we are going for it. -

Well equipped with building inventories, and designs. I visited the Design Studio on a scheduled appointment with my buyer. Needed changes were made. Staff very knowledgeable with products, asked questions to ensure she heard a question correctly. All changes we requested were made right there. The staff ability to listen attentively enabled us to make the changes needed and left in a recorded time. -

I had quite a pleasant time here at the design studio. This was my first time buying a home, let alone building one so I was quite nervous to say the least. However, working with the team here definitely calmed my anxiety. The consultants I spoke with were both very friendly and helpful in any choices I was making. I received advice about choices that could affect my specific floorplan, which was really quite thoughtful of them. They both were very respectful of me wanting to omit certain things to maintain my budget, and I never felt pressured to add anything I did not want, or felt was too expensive. Pricing on options was honestly very reasonable as well, and it was enlightening to see that many things were the same price if I went out and bought them myself. I would definitely recommend giving them a shot if you are looking to have a home built. -

We had our first virtual appointment with Chelsey R. and she was amazing! She suggested some things for us and was spot on with our design plans. Her inputs she gave us were honest and we appreciated her time so much. Our in person appointment was with Juan at the Austin location. He was exceptional! The things we picked over the virtual appointment, were able to see and touch for ourselves. If things didn’t go as planned with our initial designs, he suggested something different and it fit perfectly. We couldn’t have asked for two better KB representatives to help design our home. 5 stars doesn’t do justice. Both Chelsey and Juan went above and beyond for us. Their great energy and great vibes made this process so fun and easy! We are so pleased. -

People are friendly and knowledgeable. I strongly recommend that you tour with the price sheets and try to national down decisions before your actual appointment. This will make your choice meetings faster and more effective. -

Good selections to pick from, no appointment needed to just look. Friendly staff, but you have to stay on top of them to get everything right. Dont take no cant do that always push for what you want. -
