Exceptional customer service, professionalism and quality are what you can expect when working with K.Hovnanian homes. From our sales consultant Brandi to our home project manager Christian the commitment to the customer is clear. Communication is always timely and prompt and we were always informed about the status of home build. Even after close, the follow up to ensure our expectations are met and issue are addressed is still occurring. Our home is beautiful, well built, and exceeds what we could have ever expected. Highly recommend, the customer experience is second to none.

First let me say I wish I could give more then a five star. After doing my homework I decided to go with a K Hovnanian home because the quality and price was much better and I don’t regret a min of it. I can say My process started from Nov to April 2018. Throughout, Brandi was extremely helpful and professional and held my hand through out every step. The contractor in charge was StevieRay very professional and again every segment of the building process went smooth, with a smile. This guy knows what he is doing. He explains everything step in details. These people care and sell with compassion.I know it’s only been just over a month but My only problem was one dead plant and a grass/sod piece. I contacted StevieRay and he immediately came to replace it and even brought a 2nd plant to match it on the other end. I am extremely happy with my new home and If i had to ever purchase again it would be K Hovnanian again. Why go anywhere else.Elena F

Very prompt in answering questions, the on site sales personal are very nice and knowledgeable. The on site contractor is always just around the corner to help. Highly recommend this Builder.
