Yesterday I closed on my new K. Hovnanian Home. I am extremely pleased with the entire process. Every KHOV employee or contractor I dealt with directly was knowledgably and professional. Some of the KHOV stars that made this process enjoyable were Michelle Johnson my sales consultant, Brent Weaver the Construction Manager in my community and Jason (sorry I donβt remember his last name)the KHOV warrantee representative that did the final walkthrough with me. This wasnβt my first new home purchase but this was my smoothest new home purchase start to finish. My only suggestion would be to simplify underwritings paperwork requirements by utilizing auto fill technology to transfer data from the purchase contract to the necessary documents. This was a minor inconvenience and hardly worth mentioning. No question K. Hovnanian Homes is Quality Company to deal with. -
