Had an amazing experience working with Damaris Martin. She is genuine and extremely knowledgeable. As a first time home buyer she made us feel comfortable and did not pressure us into anything. Would definitely recommend this builder and Damaris is amazing! -

I will definitely recommend this builder to friends and family. Every member of the staff was very responsive, professional and the communication skill is top-notch. They were very helpful throughout my buying process. I moved from out of state but it didnt feel like I wasnt around all through the process because the Sales Consultant was very good at communicating the status of my house, sending me pictures etc. and was available to address all issues and concerns. I got everything I was promised even though I didnt have the opportunity to select options since it was an inventory home. I love my home and I am impressed overall. -

This is a beautiful and perfectly located subdivision. Close to schools, shopping, and major highways. I love the lakes and parks . Every home is built backing up to either a lake or park which is perfect for those who enjoy wide open spaces for the kids to play. KHovnanian homes superintendents do an amazing job at providing excellent customer service from beginning to end. -
