This is long overdue if you are looking for your dream house, and builder look you found it with Jubilee. I am a first time homebuyer and I must say the first house that I walked into with Catherine from Jubilee homes I felt at home. My overall experience with Catherine and Kyle was amazing. They both made me feel comfortable through the whole process from the building of the home up until the final closing day. I never realized buying a house was so exciting. I really appreciate Catherine and Kyle for making sure I had everything I needed for my home. I had a few hiccups in the process but they were very patient and caring they are truly compassionate and care about their customers. I am thankful to have found my forever home with my fur friend. If you are looking for a home that feels like a home these are your builders.

Working with Catherine and everyone that was part of Jubilee Homes the last few months has been a great experience. This was our first time building a new home and they made the experience enjoyable and took the time to answer all of my questions. I cannot recommend Jubilee Homes as a custom home builder enough. I was able to work with them on a fully custom floor plan and they walked me through every step of the process from getting my blueprints created and finalized, scheduling all the required actions, and realizing my dream home. They provided subject matter expertise and were always extremely communicative and timely. They were able to work way ahead of schedule and our house was ready so much faster than we thought possible, and the master craftsmanship has been amazing. My father has a long history in custom home building himself and throughout the process constantly commented on their attention to detail and the top notch approach they took to every aspect of the build. Every recommendation they provided throughout the process resulted in a home that meets our every need, and we are beyond excited to begin our next chapter in this build.Every other builder that we approached prior to our selection gave us much higher quotes and inflated timelines, with little no customer care provided in our consults.If you are interested in building a custom or spec home, and want a company that is responsive, willing to go the extra mile to get the job done, and creates high quality homes Jubilee Homes is the one for you!

Jubilee homes and their team of professionals were absolutely stunning from start to finish! My husband and I chose to go with Jubilee for our first home as we were instantly hooked when they said we could build from the ground up and design everything. We were on a short suspense but Jubilee and their teams made it all possible for an on time move in. They answered all of our questions (and there were a lot), they kept us informed throughout the entire process and even with us finally being in our brand new custom built home, they are still answering any questions we may have and are checking up on us to make sure we are doing okay and are loving our new home. Jubilee made this experience the best it could’ve ever been and we are so beyond blessed that our Realtor suggested we work them. We absolutely love our Jubilee Homes! Such a great experience. This was the third home we have built in Texas and by far the best experience. Catherine and Kyle are amazing. They made the whole process of building a home, which can be overwhelming, seem easy. Catherine even helped me with colors and design ideas! I felt like I was on a HDTV show! 😆 They were super quick to responses to every question we had, LOVE THAT! They delivered on every promise made, love that even more!WE LOVE MY JUBILEE HOME. I recently purchased a new, custom made home built by Jubilee Homes. I closely worked with Catherine Halfman, who throughout the entire process, was extremely helpful to me clearly explaining every detail to me and keeping me up to date step by step of my new home construction.Catherine was great to me and treated me with respect and as an extended family member. Catherine always promptly followed up on all my questions and my requests. She helped me all along, even several times in the evening when I was at Lowes or at Home Depot to buy items for the home and needed help in knowing what to buy. Catherine keeps her phone at hand and is ALWAYS there to help and assist!! She amazes me.Catherines attention to detail, her organization, and her commitment in ensuring that I understood every detail of the home building process, especially that I was happy with all decisions, was INVALUABLE to me!!!I also closely worked with Kyle Halfman, Jubilee Homes Superintendent, who closely kept up with all the construction of the home. Kyle personally met with me inch by inch, foot by foot on multiple occasions throughout the construction of my new home explaining what all was being constructed, being installed, what was needed, recommendations on electrical, lighting, cabinets, tv and phone jacks, etc, etc. Kyle, too, was very helpful to me! Even after the completion of my home and the home closing, Kyle, has helped me with different items in which I needed help.Both Catherine and Kyle Halfman of Jubilee Homes make an excellent team and were there for me throughout the entire process. They both treated me like family, they sincerely cared for me and my happiness with the final product--my beautiful custom-made home that I truly love!! Jubilee Homes from when we first saw the house through the closing process and afterwards gave us all the details we needed and was helpful with every step. During closing there was a small issue. Jubilee quickly got the information needed to the person who needed it. After we moved into the home, we were told to call if we saw anything that needed to be fixed. We had a few small things, and they were quickly taken care of. We have had a very positive experience with this company.

Upon PCSing to the Fort Hood area, my husband and I took various areas and homes into consideration. When we were looking at homes with our realtor, we stumbled upon a home built by Jubilee homes. It had absolutely everything we wanted and I fell in LOVE. We knew it was the perfect neighborhood for us to be in and then we had found our dream home there as well. Unfortunately, after putting an offer in on this home, another offer was accepted and our dream home was so suddenly not ours.Going forward from there, we continued to look at houses and found a few we liked but none we loved. Our realtor suggested to us to build our own home. At first, we were apprehensive but after weighing pros and cons we decided it was the best option for us and we dove in head first.I cant say enough how much I loved working with Jubilee homes in designing our dream home and making it even better than the house that we fell in love with prior to making the decision to build. They were patient, highly attentive and genuinely cared about what we wanted. Im a very OCD, type A person and throughout it all, both Kyle and Catherine ensured I was happy and never once were frustrated with all the questions and requests. I shouldnt forget to mention that while our home was being built, we lived in Colorado but that didnt hinder open communication or Facetime calls so we could see and pick out the things we wanted.I would highly suggest building with them or even buying a home from them. They ensure youre content, do whatever it takes to get the job done and its all quality work. There isnt anything we would change in our home or wish they did differently. Catherine and Kyle are immensely kind and all around great people to work with. Thank you guys so much!!!!

As a first time home owner, I was very fortunate to receive a first class experience. If you want, professionalism, Grade A skill-set expertise, family-oriented, and self-less service, then Jubliee Homes is the builders for you. For me, Catherine and Kyle made me feel comfortable, because if I had any questions or concerns she/he were always available to answer those questions. Sometimes I got a little overwhelmed with picking out wall colors, floor tiles, etc., Catherine was available to help me those details.
