    Jonathan just completed a major renovation of my 34 year old horse / goat barn . To say at times it was overwhelming is an understatement - part of which was my changing my mind about plans several times!Jonathan was very professional , reliable and often came up with ideas for solutions on the project which were both cost effective and the best way to do the job . I highly recommend him to anyone needing a construction project - large or small.We already have him scheduled for projects around our home .

    Jonathan is an excellent partner in any project. He and his crew performed timely in the building of my combo barn/workshop/garage.     Jon and his team were great to work with! He is very reliable and punctual. We hired Jon to do a small job for us to install sliding doors and frame out side glass panels for my home office.     We were extremely impressed with Jons work on our back patio. He was very patient with us, as we changed designs several times. He and Adrian (sorry if I misspelled the name!) worked nonstop from the start of the job until the end. They were one of the most professional construction crews I have ever worked with. They showed up each working morning at 8am and cleaned up after themselves every evening at 5p. We had a very specific look that we wanted for our screen porch and outdoor kitchen, and Jon made sure that we were happy every step of the way. The entire job included adding and staining tongue and groove ceilings on our back patio and 2 front porches, floor to ceiling screens (with a custom steel and composite screen door) to enclose our concrete patio, adding recessed cans and several electrical plugs, painting a header beam, adding and painting new siding behind our new outdoor kitchen, building and staining a custom wood grill cabinet (with cement insulation boards), installing backsplash and granite, and installing a new grill, access doors and vent hood. We highly recommend Jon for his quality craftsmanship, professionalism and honest, affordable pricing.

    Jon and the team at JD Construction were amazing!! Took our vision and made it come to life. Opened up a kitchen wall, installed cabinetry, laid tile, and created a framed walkthrough. Very professional and kind team. I feel like they exceeded my expectations and even did it within a fair price! Would 100% recommend for any project you are looking to do!

    Are you searching for a contractor who has integrity, is reliable, does *not* require micromanaging and does excellent work? Then look no further! 

When we wanted a new deck as part of a backyard makeover project, I wanted someone who would help me work the design out then build it. On the design, Jonathan spent a lot of time working with me and then going back and forth with the city working out easement and building restriction issues.When it came time to build, Jonathan and his crew always showed up on time, worked all day, and cleaned up when they left. Unlike many contractors, they do *not* juggle multiple jobs at a time, so they were focused and got it done within a matter of days.Not only did they get it done timely, but they did it with a level of quality that is genuinely hard to find these days. We had composite boards for the deck, which require spacers in between each board. I had communicated to Jonathan that I wanted them to be as small of a width as possible.So, when the time came, he actually had me come out and look at them. When I said they were a little wider than I had hoped, he took the time to go back to the store and find new ones. Most contractors would have forgotten I even mentioned that, and just use whatever they had to get the job done, but not Jonathan.Of the 10+ contractors I dealt with while making over our backyard, Jon Del Construction was by *far* the best one and greatly exceeded any expectations I had.In fact, we liked him and his team so much, we’ve now had them do interior work for us, including new floors and trim, and have more to come!Highly recommend!!!

    We hired Jon DeL Construction to complete our weekend get away cabin. Our goal was to have a place family and friends could enjoy in the country.We researched and researched going between different options of a manufactured home and a barndo. I knew what a manufactured home would cost and it wouldn’t give us 100% of what we wanted.I ran across Jon DeL in my research and from our initial meeting with him at our property, we knew he would be the builder we wanted to work with. When we received the estimate for the construction, we were pleasantly surprised at the price. We knew exactly what the cost was going to be, when the draws were due, etc... I worked as a contracting officer technical reviewer throughout the years, and this was the first time I’ve seen a project come in at the estimated cost.Not only was the price right, the quality of his work was exceptional. Our cabin turned out exactly as we wanted! We love it!If you are thinking about any type of construction project, reach out to Jonathan.
