Very professional, thorough and extremely knowledgeable! JoJo was so patient with us and extremely helpful as we carefully placed all the elements of the design together. She was also so conscious of our use of space as we were downsizing and needed to make it work in a smaller kitchen space. JoJo nailed the balance of form and function. We also really enjoyed working with her staff as she has really curated a great crew! Can’t wait to work with her again!

Jojo transformed our outdated kitchen in under 3 weeks. She was amazing to work with and kept all of the contractors on schedule and within budget. She works hard to find you the best deals and provides daily status updates (even when shes on vacation). She hand picked the slab for our counter tops to ensure that it was the best quality and size for our project. I highly recommend her for anyone looking to resign their home or office.

JoJo did a phenomenal job for us! This was our first time using her company. We found her company while researching on the internet. We then contacted her to remodel our kitchen and master bathroom . Her creativity and design expertise helped turning our kitchen and bathroom to beautiful spaces. JoJo is very friendly and accommodating. She made the process seamless! The workers were prompt, polite and professional. They were very meticulous and they made sure all the areas are covered up well so there isn’t any impact to other areas of the house. JoJo had a detailed project plan for the project and the team really stuck to the planned schedule as much as they could and because of that they got the project done on time. The communication was very transparent and she kept us well informed of any potential issues. JoJo kept us updated and informed about every step of the remodel. Jojo has excellent team who are very detailed oriented and it definitely shows in the final finished product.Jo Jo went above and beyond and helped us chose the decorative items and furniture that went well with the remodeled kitchen.We definitely recommend JoJo for any remodel services.

I thoroughly enjoyed working with JoJo and her team on our recent construction project. Their insight and knowledge of both interior design and the overall construction process were exceptional. JoJo Wong Design provided us with a turn-key design plan and their experienced team also managed the build services with their trusted trades.Not only did JoJo Wong Design provide us with a beautiful design plan and 3D rendering, but they also suggested changes to the architectural drawing to accommodate our specific needs. During the construction process, as is common with many projects, we encountered some challenges. However, JoJo and her team tackled these problems seamlessly, never stopping until they were completely satisfied with the results.Personally, I was impressed by JoJos ability to envision the end result of the project. From our first meetings discussing initial concepts to the design development and follow-up with important structural work, JoJo Wong Design was with us every step of the way. After resolving water damage claims with our insurance company from a frozen broken pipe and a clogged overflowed sink, we decided to remodel our kitchen, family room, office, and master bathroom and closet. We selected JoJo Wong and Remodel to do the work. During the design phase, JoJo’s team prepared a clear and detailed set of drawings and conceptualized a design layout for our kitchen that we hadn’t thought of, which we were excited to adopt into our plans. We also worked closely with JoJo to generate a design for our master bathroom and closet that was highly organized, judiciously used all of the space, had great lighting, and best suited our needs. For our office, JoJo convinced us to use a sliding door, which turned out to be the best solution to make the most use of the available wall space in the office and avoid blockages to an adjacent hallway. At the end of the design phase JoJo prepared a stunning set of photo-like renderings that gave us an excellent image of the appearance of each of the remodeled rooms, and we were able to successfully visualize the new design before any of the construction began. During the construction phase, we were impressed with the quality of work of JoJo’s team of contractors, particularly the custom cabinetry in all of the rooms. We had a few unexpected delays and minor “hiccups” along the way, which usually happens in every remodel, but we were very pleased with the responsiveness of JoJo and her team to make adjustments and corrections, and when the work was completed, we were completely satisfied with the results.

I was in desperate need for help with creating a design concept and executing a beautiful, warm, and calming office space. I am a licensed psychotherapist and it was very important to me that I create a space that would be both welcoming and soothing for all clients who entered. When I reached out to JoJo, I explained this to her, and right away, she committed her time to helping me achieve this vision. I honestly could not believe just how on top of things JoJo was; she was immediately responsive to all of my concerns, she processed every detail of the project, no matter how small, and she was very strong in her follow-up with me. JoJo FAR exceeded my expectations and I could have never imagined that my finished office space would capture all that I wanted and more. I would, without a doubt, highly recommend JoJo to colleagues, family, and friends.JoJo is one of the most creative visionaries Ive encountered in a long time. Her ability to see beyond the space was impeccable and she challenged me a great deal in looking beyond the room as well. JoJo was very supportive in working around my work schedule and consistently delivered AHEAD of schedule on each leg of the project (I still cant figure out how she made this happen!). I cannot thank JoJo enough for making this design experience such a positive one! I can say with confidence that I look forward to experience clients will have in my office due in part to each design choice she made in my space. JoJo is a sharp, intelligent, personable professional, and I have no doubt that she will make many more people as happy as she has made me!!!

We hired JoJo to help remodel our new house because we got tired of looking at blank walls. JoJo was friendly, informative and creative by merging her expertise with our vision and bought it to life! She helped us with wall paneling, wall paint, build in entertainment, ceiling beams, build in wine bar, and stairways paint. It was a process but so worthy it at the end!

I checked online for designers that offered a modern, casual and fresh look in their finished rooms. I found JoJos Designs to fit the idea of what I wanted for my house. I contacted her online and she responded the same day.I am very pleased with how my rooms look. They are soft, colorful, casual and at the same time elegant. JoJo spent time listening to what I wanted. After asking me a series of questions, she immediately had the vision of what I needed and I loved her suggestions. She seems tireless and is unwavering when it comes to finding those products she knows you need. She makes sure you love each item that she will use as part of the transformation of your home. As an added bonus, JoJo helped me sell my old furniture; she posted and coordinated the whole sale process.I highly recommend JoJo Wong Designs services if you want to work with a professional who listens to what you want, is flexible, accommodating and extremely creative and resourceful. I will definitely use her services again!

I want a special style called Japandi for the remodeling of my house, and I want to have a designer who is capable of designing something different from a regular model house. After reviewing her companys instagram as well as her websites project. I decided to work with her.The primary focus of the remodeling process is to instill a sense of calmness and tranquility throughout our home (i.e., Japandi). JoJo demonstrates a meticulous consideration for the energy flow within their design plans, incorporating the guiding principles of earth elements into the selection of finishes. For example, when selecting the materials for building the kitchen island, she went to multiple shops with us and helped us to pick a beatiful stone by taking its touch/feeling, apperance, its durability, and price into consideration. During this process, I was pretty impressed by her taste.Beyond a mere aesthetic approach, JoJo and the team exhibit a genuine concern for the mindset of the inhabitants. We are delighted with the design outcome and eagerly anticipate witnessing the realization of their vision in our space.

We had hired Jojo Wong for our kitchen remodel. Previously, she had redesigned our Master Bathroom back in early 2020. For this kitchen remodel, we were working within a very narrow space. Jojo and her team did an amazing job. The kitchen is breathtaking. She increased the space but also was able to create a more open and calmer flow to the house. The remodel changed the whole entire house.

Jojo is a gem. I had a tough job for her. I had an old 1950s rental house in dire need of a remodel. I had a limited budget and I had limited time to be involved. She took the job, we worked through ideas, finalized a budget, and away we went. She took complete control and really ensured that the work was done right. She kept me up to date via texts and informative emails. Having done many remodels myself, I totally understood the great work she was doing to make contractors not take shortcuts and come back and redo work where needed. Jojo is sharp, organized, and has a great eye for design. Since we had a limited budget, we went for a farmhouse look and it turned out so charming. Thank you for all your work Jojo!

Im a business owner, I keep myself busy most of my time. we move to our new house after living at our old hose for 13 years. never worked with an interior designer before, hiring JoJo Wong Design to help me with the decoration of our new house was by far the best move I could have made..i deal with a lot of people on the daily basics, coordinate several individuals and making sure they know what their task of work is, is not an easy thing to do, on top of great coordination the schedule of furniture irriving could not be more perfect, informative, just right on the spot.JoJo was alway on top of all of what was happening with my house, if anything I was the one need it to be remind it of what was happening on any particular day. JoJo is just absolutely professional, extraordinary caring for what she do. JoJo managed my design project from concept to completion. I did my project in two phases. First we tackled the second floor. I sometimes have difficulty explaining what I like, but I know it when I see it. I provided JoJo with some magazine pictures for inspiration. JoJo had the ability to take my general taste and make the design sophisticated and functional. I then hired her again to redesign the first floor. JoJo suggested that I start with a three dimensional rendering. We collaborated on the design and JoJo was open to my comments and suggestions. She guided me through the entire process: material, paint, fabrics, rugs, and furniture. JoJo stuck with me for over a year as we navigated through the pandemic, back orders, out of stock items, long lead times other pandemic supply chain issues. I really liked JoJo’s full-service turnkey design services as I didn’t have time to hire dozens of contractors. JoJo took care of all of that from start to finish. In the end, JoJo made my home sophisticated but a completely livable space. I am so pleased with the result!

Our house was a new build and the contractor paint and overall feel did not make us feel very homey. Luckily we were able to find JoJo (after reading through reviews of several designers) and all we can say is WOW. Our house went from a standard cookie cutter interior to something that we would see in a magazine. She is great to work with and after our initial call with her we felt an instant connection. My husband is a car guy and he has said she is like the Rolls Royce of designers.She is a dedicated professional who puts her clients’ needs first. As an example, instead of spending most of her thanksgiving day with her family, she spent several hours finding great bargains for our house….case in point we had told JoJo about our dream fridge (well mainly my husband really wanted it), but was out of our price range. She found the fridge which usually goes for >3k for under 2k.Ultimately, she is organized, always prepared, flexible with client requests (i.e., calls at odd hours) and stays on top of every detail. We would highly recommend JoJo to anyone, as like in many professions where execution is key (and is a necessary skill), JoJo is always on top of her game.

Our home was a plain, mixed up mess of varied furniture choices, plain two-inch window blinds and beige paint. JoJo came in, updated the paint color to include accent walls, major upgrade in window treatments and overall greatly improved design of our home interior. We highly recommend JoJo. She has great vision, reliable workers and very fair rates. Just ask to see her before/after photos and see for yourself!

I hired JoJo after interviewing two other designers. One of the selling points in initial discussion was her desire to reuse whatever I already have and would fit into the new design. The scope of project was to refresh all rooms in my three level 2500sft townhome. Once I pointed out what furniture I wasn’t going to give up (master bedroom set, guest bedroom set, and a few art pieces), we then talked about the look I was trying to achieve, and the budget I was willing to commit to. Over course of next few days JoJo sent me “A or B” choice pictures to better understand what my tastes were. My approach was to delegate to JoJo the design, selection, and end to end procurement, and contractor management. So her fees were for a turnkey design which also included her listing and selling items that we did not reuse. She would keep me informed on items she was selecting and often asked for my choices. She kept me updated weekly on budget and items being shipped to the house. Her contractor crew for tile work, painting, handymen, etc., were all professional, and she managed them by giving them specific instructions on what to do each day, what to get done by when, getting updates from them daily, and paying them. She visited the site several times a week to ensure progress, and later in the project even to specify what height a chandelier should be, where what wall art went, organizing display knick knacks, etc. She also would ask me frequently how I felt things were going, and if I was satisfied with work done so far. We are almost done with the project – we are ahead of schedule, and at budget. The look turned out to be exactly what I was hoping for, and several visitors have already commented on how nice, clean, modern and integrated everything looked. JoJo has a keen eye for detail, design, and aesthetics. While I never saw the room storyboards, I really appreciated how together the rooms now look. From a daring stone tiled wall, to a wood panel wall to a neutral color selection – her choices were creative, on point, and allowed me to expand my own thinking about possibilities. I was comfortable letting JoJo take the lead and make smaller design decisions without my consultation, but that may not be everyone’s cup of tea. She does have a good idea of what she feels will work together, and might not consult with you on every single decision – I was ok with that. Having now gotten to know her, I don’t doubt she can adapt to different collaboration styles. She is warm, kind hearted, and very personable – a person with whom you will relate to very quickly, and that allows you to have an honest collaborative relationship. For the amount of work and duration – this was the least stressful interaction I’ve had with any trade. I would definitely use her services in the future, and would highly recommend her to my friends and family.

JoJo helped me select furniture for my formal living space. There were several things I wanted--a place for books and a desk, as well as seating. I was very happy with the way she helped me divide up the long room.She offered us 3 furniture options, and we picked the one that best matched our style. There was absolutely no pressure, but she did help us move the project forward and saved us time furniture shopping. If wed tried to do it on our own, it would have taken ages, and we just dont have that kind of time, AND we would have ended up with furniture that would quickly look dated. The look she gave us was midcentury modern, and it goes great with our home.We are extremely happy with the final product and with her reasonable rates. There were no surprise expenses. We understood the costs at every step of the way, and JoJo kept everything within the budget and offered affordable options at every step.

We recently embarked on a long overdue kitchen remodel, Powder room remodel and Full Home Interior Design and used JoJo Wong Design + Remodel. JoJo Wong was our designer and she was invaluable. She made the process fun, easy and less intimidating. She came up with a kitchen and interior design that blew us away and we never would have come up with on our own. She helped us with the layout, floor planning, the finishes, the appliances, the blacksplash, laundry room, powder room remodel and office design. The overall cost was not cheap, but we knew that going in for what we were looking to do and what we wanted. We were able to turn the dining room to a tearoom and move the dining room to the kitchen area with a panoramic lake view (after 30 years of having the formal dining room in a wrong area). The end result is beautiful, bright, and functional and we look cooking in our new kitchen! We highly recommend JoJo Wong Design + Remodel for all your future remodel projects.She is not only capable for what she can do and her visual is on point, she always professional, and profession, designer concept, she provides the new ideas and mingle of the things we have.
