This review is only for Warranty team: I just closed and moved in to new JR Landon home. Construction is good. But rushed to get the closing date sooner. However warranty(Henry and Alison) team is doing really great job. Henry arrives immediately and helps in every possible way to address right from minor ones to big concerns. Alison have been very prompt in communication. Great team.

I bought a house a few months ago and I had nothing but a pleasant experience with whole staff, From the sales to warranty specially Teresa, Johnny Barthhalt and Thomas Rios for the warranty. They are respectful, professional, on time and get things done right away. They explain the whole process in very detail and as they promised, they delivered. I had such a great time and experience with Thomas Rios, he explain everything inside and out of the house. He made sure take his time to go over all details. I appreciate every of them and looking forward for the next house in future. Thank you

I purchased a home this summer and the experience so far has been great. I love the neighborhood. Like any other home, there are minor issues but thanks to our warranty manager Austin Warrick, for his quick response time to get them fixed.

Had a very pleasant experience with Thomas from the warranty team. Thomas did 2 of my warrant visits and was excellent and informative. I really wish Thomas could have done my initial warrant walkthrough but that was no fault of his.

5 Star service from the Landon Home sales team @ Lexington Country. Great people that put the customer first. I was a first time new-build buyer and they were very patient, honest, and did everything in their power to get me a great deal. Highly recommend for anyone looking in Frisco.
