We had the pleasure of working with Chris Crook, who made the whole experience very smooth and comfortable. We looked at many many properties, and Chris never made us feel pressured to make a decision, and always had a good attitude when we wanted to keep looking. He was very friendly and personable, and made us feel like he was as excited to tour a location as we were. When it came time to finish the deal, Chris was on top of everything and made sure that we got the lease signed on time. I would highly recommend Chris Crook to anyone who wants to find exactly what they are looking for without the stress of going it alone.

We would like to thank Mark Holland, for the extraordinary help that he gave to us in finding our second home in Houston. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable about the Houston real estate market. He never pushed us to buy any of the homes that we looked at. The final decision was ours and ours alone. His approach to selling real estate is dramatically different than what we are used to seeing in Chicago. The entire process was a pleasure from start to finish and was most appreciated by us. I received nothing but excellent service from one of their Realtors, Gretchen Winograd. She was on her A game and always gave me updates on the process which was very helpful. Most especially, she was upfront and honest with me about the condition of my house and improvements needed.The best part about working with her was that she looked out for me. Making sure the tenants meet standards for the safety of my home and financial risk.I took out time to write this review because she deserves it.Thank you Gretchen.

We have used Azar Fisher (associate broker with John Daugherty) for the sale, purchase, and lease of several homes over the past 6 years. She has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable in all of our real estate transactions.
