One year ago I was looking for a good home builder and after I had a few interviews with some of them I had the opportunity to meet Mr. Joel Duran.The rest is now history because one year later we’re living in this beautiful home that he and his team built for us. They are very professional, friendly, transparent, easy to work with and they use only high quality materials.The only negative is that he only warranties the foundation for 3 years.

We had a very positive experience purchasing a home from Duran Homes. It was a pleasure working with their foreman, Eduardo. Eduardo responded quickly to any requests or concerns we had during the building process and we consider him a friend to this day. Mr Duran was also engaged and met with us on multiple occasions to ensure that we were happy with the progress and quality of the build. We have lived in our home for 2 years and have not had any major issues. We still appreciate the quality the products used and the workmanship. We would recommend Duran Homes to anyone considering a new home purchase.

In the past year and a half, times have been very challenging for homebuyers, sellers, and builders. Joel Duran homes, has been very supportive, whenever any issues have a risen. When it came to final walk through items, personal preferences, or warranty issues, they have been very helpful in taking care of them. Garrett has been wonderful! We love our beautiful Joel Duran home, and intend to live here for many, many years To come!

Mr. Duran and his crew build our dream home. From start to finish they were amazing. Everything was done correctly and on time. They went above and beyond on building our home. Mr. Duran and his staff are professional and very pleasant to talk to. Duran homes also did my shop and had a lot of compliments after it was build. If you looking for a builder to build your home don’t look any farther. Mr. Duran will take good care of you.

Mr Duran and his crew,built the house that my Wife and I are currently living in.Performed a magnificent job.We watched the job go from sand and rocks to a beautiful 3 bedroom,3 bath home in less than eight months that includes final inspection and closing.If you are thinking about a new built home We highly recommend Duran home builder.
