I wholeheartedly recommend JB Crawford Construction! Thanks to Jake and Emily Crawford and their wonderful team, I am now living in my dream home. I worked with a high school friend to draft the house plans while Jake and Emily both assisted me in selecting the best options for myself and my budget.While I had definite ideas for some features, there were other items that just didn’t matter to me - like the kitchen backsplash. I just told Jake I liked something a little shiny and not all white. With those vague instructions, he came up with a gorgeous design that I absolutely love. Emily was also essential in helping me finalize interior selections for the flooring, paint, granite, lighting, etc.The work of their entire crew and their contractors is top notch! I would not hesitate to build again with this company as they build the most solid and beautiful homes and work with you throughout the entire process. I feel like not only do I have my dream home, but I’ve also made some really good friends along the way.

What a fantastic company to work with! I used them for several different projects including excavation, a new house build, and a game room build. Mr. Alton Hayes was my project manager, and he managed every aspect of the project as if it were his own house. He was attentive to every detail, and he communicated thoroughly at every step. The entire crew was professional and friendly, and we are extremely grateful to them. Its nice to work with a company that delivers on their word, stands behind their work, and treats you as family!

I have had them do everything from interior work, to installing a new roof on my house, constructing a four car carport, and laying 2,000 ft of crushed asphalt driveway. We found our home with JB Crawford construction about half way through the build. From that point forward, these guys completely let us take the lead and customize our new home. Flooring, electrical fixtures, all bathroom showers, toilets, sinks, paint, cabinet design, hardware for all drawers, cabinet doors, door handles, kitchen sink, added a fence for our dog, storage shed, and sprinkler system. The entire staff is courteous and cares about your satisfaction with their work! Crawford Construction not only builds a rock solid, fabulous home, they are so good to work with and outstanding people! I would give them a million stars if I could!

JBCrawford Construction just completed our custom home build and we are SUPER HAPPY with our results! As first time home builders in our early 40s this has been our dream for 20 plus years and JBCrawford Construction made it all come true. They were great to work with on keeping to budget, making household item selections, and being patient with us when we had questions, silly or substantial. Home building during the last 9-12 months hasnt been easy for anyone building or any contractor doing all they can, so prepare yourself to be patient with lead times and supply and demand. They dont cut corners and youll have a quality, well built home that will last a long time!

Wow! The remodel that we were wanting could not have went better. Jake, Emily, and their staff were so accommodating, and organized! They have an online system that keeps us connected with our smart phones! This software kept us in the loop with the schedule, upcoming selections, communication, and even had the budget at our fingertips! Crawford Construction was so transparent, we knew we could trust them to be fair in a remodel, cost-plus type job that you hear horror stories about. The quality of construction from the level of detail in the exterior air and vapor sealing, to the wood working craftsmanship of their in-house cabinet builders, was phenomenal! We are so thankful to have chosen Crawford Construction!

JB Crawford Construction did a total remodel for us, even replacing all plumbing and electrical., and removing existing walls & a huge fireplace. We couldnt be happier with the final outcome. Mr. Crawford listened to everything we wanted to do and then gave us more ideas to make everything flow together and things we might want to consider doing . He very much wants to make sure we were satisfied and happy with the final product . Everything JB Crawford Construction did for us was of the highest quality and was always done in a professional manner. Jake gets the job done and ensures that it is done right.

That day began a 10 month journey of survival and recovery as Victor slowly began healing from a spinal cord injury. In the middle of figuring out how to survive and adapt to new physical challenges, I had to figure out how to make sure that our home was accessible and ready for the day he would get to return home. At a time when they and all other reputable contractors were booked solid for months to come, Jake, Emily and their team at JB Crawford Construction worked magic fitting us in between jobs and long hours to meet the deadlines set by the VA hospital for Victors discharge. This team was responsible, trust worthy, kind, and competent. We now have a beautiful accessible home, a wonderful place to ease into new normals and new rhythms. Thank you JB Construction!

We are in love with our forever home that J.B. Crawford Construction built for us! Jake is the best. He helped us with everything, from the house plans, choosing the perfect location, to every last detail. I never once stressed about the whole process. He made it that easy. His crew really is the best! From the concrete pouring, building the frame, custom built cabinets, and painting. They were so friendly and really cared about what we wanted. There really isnt anything they cant do. His wife Emily is the best when helping with the interior part. She helped me so much with choosing our flooring, fixtures, countertops, sinks, and so much more. She was always ready to help and answer questions. Jake ALWAYS answered our phone calls and was on the job site frequently. In our opinion they are the BEST homebuilder in Nacogdoches County. We have not a single complaint with this company and would use them again in a heartbeat! We actually miss them after the project was finished!

Just wanna say Thank you to Crawford and his plumbing crew as well as the ladies at the office for answering my questions that I had. They got me all fixed up with new gas lines took care of everything, I didn’t even have to miss work. Ben and his guys came across some water leaks as well and got them fixed up. Seriously thankful for this company and their boss for giving me some financial payment opportunities with the unexpected water leaks, a blessing.

Not an easy job, what with having to lug the massive porcelain relic that preceded the new one downstairs and out of my house.
