Joey Saadeh of J Hannah Design Group, a very knowledgeable and professional architect, provided an excellent service!After our first communication and discussion of your project needs, Joey proposed a contract and a detailed budget which met our expectations.During follow up meetings with J Hannah Design Group we discussed different design concepts and solutions.Very quickly we received the preliminary drowning for review and approved the design. Very soon after the J Hannah Design Group prepared the constructions documents required to obtain the construction permits.We really appreciate their commitment and highly recommend their services.

We got our entire restoration plans created with J Hannah Design Group where John helped us recreate the entire floor plan with new designs and relocation of kitchen and some bathrooms. His attention to detail and working close with our expectations was amazing. Joey (structural engineer on their team) worked closely to reassure everything was up to the city codes. Overall, they made the entire process smooth and responded to all requests in very timely manner. We appreciated their professionalism and hardwork and will definitely be reaching out them for any future architectural needs.

John & Joey Hannah are all around a wonderful team.My spouse and I met with another prominent designer here in Houston, Texas to get plans for our home which burned September 2020. We were not comfortable with the processes in which this company operated and it felt very impersonal. Our daughter suggested we get other quotes, she looked online and found two other companies to inquire with.I called J Hannah first and there was no need to search any further. I can honestly say they are very professional and personable. They made my family feel very confident while explaining the process in which this needed to be done. They’re prices were also very reasonable for the services which we received.My husband and I have met with several contractors, we’ve had to share the plans with our HOA and Harris County for permitting and everyone have expressed how easily read & detailed our plans are for building our new home.I’ve shared pictures of their business card with several individuals not to mention my daughter plans to use them for a home she’s planning to build in the near future.Thank you so much John & Joey!!!You guys are a true Blessing 🙏🏽May God continue to Bless you and everyone you service.Sam & Bonita Williams

It is clear that they are passionate about their work and committed to their clients, even after payment is rendered. We never felt nickeled and dimed, which is a rarity in todays professional world. Even if they dont have a ton of experience in your specific industry, they will work with you to understand your needs. They are genuinely good, family-oriented people who run a solid small business. If we take on future projects, they will be the first ones we call.

I can not wait to see my home come to life! Both John and Joe went above and beyond to help my family get everything we needed to get permitting so that construction could start. My home was destroyed during Harvey and was recently raised so I’ve had to wait a long 3, almost 4 years to get back into my home and the Hannah Group just got me one step closer!

Where to start, had these guys work with me and draw up plans for my first home and they knocked it out of the park. Super easy to work with and any changes I wanted to make prior to permitting were done immediately and shown to me in 2D/3D. Absolutely pleased with the simplicity and black and white nature of these guys. Again, job well done gentlemen. Will definitely be using them for my business shop as well.

I absolutely loved everything about this company! I contacted them and explained how I was pushing for time after wasting 3 entire weeks with my old architect who did nothing for me whats so ever. They came to my building with all this advance gadgets and told me exactly how things should be laid out and the best way to utilize every inch in my building. Within 3 days after we meet, they had already had a perfect proposal that I feel in love with and sealed the deal. I tell you what, I have plenty more jobs I will be having in the near future and I dont want anyone else on the job but J HANNA GROUP
