We recently moved our whole family from out of state to Texas in search of our new home and we found CastleRock at the Inspiration Communities via our agent Hannah Hsu. Of all of the options in the community, we chose CastleRock as our builder, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. The quality of the construction has exceeded our expectations, and the design layout of the Laguna III model is very well thought out, catering perfectly to our familys needs. What made the experience exceptional were the people behind it—Bonnie Hall our Sales Consultant and Ben Brown our Construction Manager.Moving to Texas from out of state was a major transition for us, but Bonnie made the entire process feel manageable and stress-free. She supported us from the very beginning, providing consistent and proactive updates and guidance to us and our agents weekly throughout the entire construction. At no point throughout the construction where we were ever unclear of the next steps. Every question or concern we had was addressed promptly and thoroughly, and her responsiveness gave us a great deal of confidence during the process.Our construction manager, Ben Brown, showed incredible attention to detail and was truly focused on delivering a high-quality home. He guided us through multiple walkthroughs, making sure every detail was taken care of, and ensured that our closing process was as smooth as possible. Every nit picks from us were address promptly. His dedication to the quality of the build really stood out and made us feel like we were in excellent hands.Both Bonnie and Ben went above and beyond to make sure our home-buying experience was the best it could be. Thanks to their hard work and commitment, we now have our dream home and ready to start our new life in Texas. We’re incredibly grateful to the team at Castle Rock for making this major life transition a truly positive one.

Bonnie is a treasure. Without her attention and support I doubt I would have gotten the lot that I wanted. I first walked into her office when Covid was in full swing, Mask and all. I asked for a lot that they were some time away from acquiring, but she kept up with it, kept in touch with me, and when they finally had it made sure that I was the one who got it. She was excellent at keeping in touch with me during the entire process and responded every time I emailed, texted or called her, even on her days off. Now I am in my dream house on the most amazing lot in the best lot in the subdivision, overlooking the beautiful lake in Greenbelt. Ben is an excellent construction manager.. He paid attention to everything that I asked and got almost all of it done, except that which was impossible. I met with him several times during the construction process and two or three times right before close. They got everything done and the house is magnificent. He has even checked back with me several times since close. The castle Rock team is great and I would highly recommend them to others. I am very popular now … just sayin’ !

My wife and I could not be happier with Castlerock, Bonnie the sales rep was fantastic! She saved us from a nightmare with another builder! Castlerocks whole approach is superior to others. Dont waste your time with others, we wasted 8 months with Brightland homes.

We just finished closing on our dream home and couldnt be happier, the home is beautiful and honestly it is everything we imagined.It was a longer process building through some Covid challenges but we had the worlds best sales consultant Bonnie MacKenzie to guide us & keep us posted through the entire time. If youre looking to build in Inspiration yes Id recommend Castle Rock but I definitely recommend working with Bonnie shes amazing.

Nadia from inspiration community! Just closed 2/22!!!This is my honest review! Bonnie at Castle Rock was an Angel, she went above and beyond the call of duty for a Sales Person in a builder office! She made sure this 14 month process was as smooth as it could be when the county is dealing with a supply chain issue! SHE DID HER BEST- I love her!!!

After further interacting with her about the options provided to me, I was very happy and selected my new home.The journey was very memorable as i was getting a weekly detailed status being provided to me by Bonnie and AJ.
