I have purchased a Bursey Place townhouse from Impression Homes, and my closing will take place next month. I have worked with Vincent Guerra. Vincent is a unique person that I would have to describe as extremely nice and extremely kind. He has been professional while being warm and always accommodating. He never pressured me. He worked with my realtor and with me. I understand that he works for the builder, but I felt like he was kind of my advocate. Its been a great experience. The homes are beautiful, but it makes it so much better to work with a person like Vincent.

Vincent has been so helpful and knowledgeable so far in the process. We had looked at numerous builders, floor plans and communities before meeting with Vincent and choosing Impression Homes. He was patient and accommodating of our schedule and answered all of our questions honestly. We look forward to our closing date on our new home in Marine Creek Ranch!
