We had an amazing experience with our construction manager, Stephen. From the moment we had our home inspected, he was incredibly helpful in making sure all of our items were completed with great attention to detail. It was a pleasure working with him, and we really appreciate his dedication and love for his work.

We recently had a wonderful experience with Impression Homes, particularly with sales consultant Viviana and construction manager Stephen. From the start, they kept us informed about the progress of our house every two weeks, which was very reassuring. They were incredibly responsive, replying to each email promptly.Viviana was the best sales consultant I have ever met during our search for a new house. She was attentive and genuinely cared about our needs. Viviana’s caring attention throughout the process made us feel comfortable during our house buying journey. When we encountered an issue with the bricks, they acknowledged the problem, apologized, and made a statement. Although the issue wasn’t their fault, they handled it with professionalism and came up with a solution that worked in our favor.I consider Impression Homes to be really professional. Their dedication to customer service and their proactive communication made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They are a great team and made our buying journey a smooth one. We had an amazing experience building a new home recently at the Bryant Farms community with Impression Homes. Viviana (Sales Consultant) and Stephen (Construction Manager) were a pleasure to work with. Though we had prior experience buying homes, this was our first time building a new one and Viviana/Stephen made it all look so easy. We highly recommend them if you are looking to build or buy a home in the area.
