I unfortunately need to update my review. Everything below was written a year ago after I moved in and remains true. A year layer with poor drainage between the houses I am left with a swamp that has not been addressed. This is common with the Claremont homes in my neighborhood. if you are buying one of these houses please be mindful of the drainage problem between the houses that eventually turns into a mud pile. We ended up paying around $1,000 to have a contractor place stones there to fix the problem.2017I’m a new owner of an imagine homes house. Great company to work with, very communicative and professional. It’s a green home so it is extremely cost effective and env friendly. A building engineer and a building contractor who both examined the Claremont structures said the homes were solidly constructed.The house I’m in was built over an empty field. Some smaller trees were removed but a larger one built around that now gives good shade.

The quality of Imagine Homes is excellent!!! These homes are so well insulated our utility bills are about a third of other non imagine homes in my neighborhood and our house is about 500 square feet larger!! I can go on and on about the quality and attention to detail. I want to give a special shout out to Bridget she is great and was always there to answer any questions and Bridget has always responded the same day.

We had a terrific experience working with Imagine Homes. They worked with us very well and built our home in a timely manor. The project managers were great to work with. There were a few hiccups, but we worked together to find win-win solutions. The quality of the building is excellent. We highly recommend them as a home builder for you.

We’re currently owners of an Imagine Home. Once the home settled, we had an issue covered within our warranty that was addressed in such a thorough and timely manner by Bridgette! They truly take pride and responsibility for the quality they produce. We were very impressed with her responsiveness and follow up!

If youre looking for a well-constructed home in an urban neighborhood that is turning an important corner, look at Imagine Homes in Mahncke Park. Theyre building great homes here. We know...we live in one!Dont give a second thought to the negative reviews here because they say nothing of the quality or price of the homes themselves, or supply anything useful from a consumers standpoint. Contrary to the outright falsehoods about destroying the neighborhoods character and clearing swaths of trees (oh, please!), the truth is that IH is replacing rundown and sometimes dangerous properties that cant be rehabbed at reasonable cost, literally bringing new life to the neighborhood and giving it an optimistic feel that it probably hasnt experienced in more than 50 years.Yes, the construction is an annoyance but you know something? Its temporary.

Amazing builder! Getting ready to close on an Imagine home, and it has been a wonderful experience from beginning to end. I just cant say enough about how good everyone in this company is to work with. Best quality ever, and easiest process ever. Thank you Imagine Homes!
