I have lived in an Ideal Custom Homes new home now for almost 2 months and loved every minute of it. Archie is wonderful to work with and has stuck to his word about everything even after closing which is hard to find these days! Attention to detail and quality of product are great in every aspect of my house.I dont see myself moving anytime soon, but if I were to ever build a new house I would have Archie build it for me!

After searching for 6 months I found Archies house! Im starting a new life on my own at 57. Archie was so open and honest no BS! I absolutely love that in a person. He answered all my surely annoying questions with a smile. Ive lived in beautiful homes some very old some brand new.my new home is special. Lot’s of care to detail! I feel Archie and all of his crew are a bit of a throwback in the sense that they have pride in their work, more an artisan than throwing up house after house! I got to know them and they were so great, never minded me dropping in to see progress! Im forever grateful!

This builder bent over backwards for us when he built us a home, before and after the sale. I wish all businesses were as accommodating as Archie....
