Working with the best people possible! Mario our construction manager and yesi are the best! They have made buying a house so much easier and the process less stressful. If anybody plans on buying a house from ICONIQ it should definitely be with them! I can truly say they have helped us out so much and they really care about their buyers. Mario has been so careful with showing us every little thing and telling us what to do if anything breaks or needs replacing! Which we definitely needed considering we have never bought a house before now. I wouldn’t have it any other way, love these 2!

Truly had an amazing experience with them, from the moment I walked my house and it was just the slab and bones(frame work) I fell in love and they made my dream come true. Brian was wonderful to work with, he built me and my girls our home and I am forever grateful for the work he put in to it. Amanda, Sally, and Mario were all amazing and made sure things went smooth always! With updates and pictures as they built, to making my selections just for me. At the end when i did my walk we went through my entire inspection, and any questions or concerns I had were taken care of immediately. They were so friendly, personable, helpful and just amazing. My family and I moved in and we couldnt be any happier. I got lucky and in my deal I got quite a few amenities and then a beautiful housewarming gift from them also! I would recommend them to anyone! Absolutely phenomenal work and I am truly obsessed with my new home!
