I was impressed with the Brohn Homes Hymeadow community. The sales agent, Becca, was very friendly and informative. She took her time to answer all my questions. I also love that they are offering such a low interest rate to finance! I wasnt sure Id be able to afford a home but Im impressed and happy with what I saw. Plus my kids will love the pool and park area!

Just visited the community a few days ago for the first time and to be honest I wasnt expecting too much for an entry-level community. However, I was very impressed with the quality of the homes and the amenities center. This is the perfect community for first time home buyers, but also people who value having amenities as an extra perk close by.Also, the sales people seem knowledgable and were very friendly, which made me feel welcome right away, even though I asked a ton of questions. :)

The entire experience from start to after closing was great. Shireen Rickelman (sales), West Lambert (contractor) and Makinley LaBure (warranty) were effective communicators, and were quick to respond to any questions or concerns. As first time home buyers it was a lot to take in, but would recommend this team hands down.Thank you for making this experience a great one. We love our home and our new community.
