We have absolutely loved how easier the process was on buying, completing maintenance reports and how approachable staff has been. We closely worked with Mr. Raul and Mr. Gilbert during the process and they were very professional. Mr. Gilbert is very approachable and has made the positive impact on the company. Throughout the loan, build, and closing process, everyone at Pulte and their affiliates were great to work with. Even after closing, receiving a call from customer care (warranty)was welcoming. I also love that they had no issues with 3rd party inspections. The sales staff is nice and very helpful.The way Pulte sells the houses by making everything you like in a model home as an upgrade makes it tough to visualize what you are buying. -
