I had a wonderful experience working with AVI Homes as the builder of my condo! Debbie, the sales agent, was so sweet and caring and very responsive to any questions or concerns I had. I also worked with Dalton on my final walk through and he worked hard to make sure all my last minute touch ups and repairs were completed perfectly and on time for closing. Overall, it was a great experience! -

We love our AVI duplex. Its modern, medium-density, pedestrian-friendly, New Urbanist design was exactly what we were looking for. The sales staff made home buying (a first for us) a much less stressful experience than I think it would otherwise have been. Lora, our AVI rep, has been great! -

I bought a pre-construction townhome from AVI and it was a great experience. They were very good about keeping me up-to-date on the progress of construction, and made the closing and moving in process smooth and easy. I love my new home and would do it all again! -

Great buying experience...Sue rocks ;) They are offering nice upgrades in Buda and San Marcos. Get there fast the houses are going quickly. -
