While I didnt need to see every offer I had regarding the purchase of our new home, I could see there were a lot of details HM has available. My host, Nancy, was engaged in my decision making and offered opinions; a refreshing respite from simple order takers that claim no value in shared opinions. Agreeing with her on some, but not all, she never hinted that affirmation or disagreement was an approval or slight.Were in good hands going into the build process. I like the approach HM has for the home buyer. I know whats coming up next, what I should know to consider, and a feeling like Im involved in the process.For the price point, HM hits the nail on the head. Get the customer committed, involve them, and have them engaged in the process...all while theyre desperately waiting for their oasis to be built. It makes ownership a lot more rewarding.Theres a process to building a home, regardless the cookie cutter or customized villa. For the average person, we just wanna be treated like our opinion matters...right or wrong. HM gets it.Amen....lol
