We bought a home here, and our experience has been great. Claudia was our sales associate, and Eddie was the construction manager. They both went above and beyond to improve our buying experience. They still helped us answer any questions after we closed.Claudia had great communication (she responds within a few hours, even out of work hours or days, via email and text), looped us throughout the process, and also provided weekly pictures and video updates.Eddie worked hard to close our house on the given date and was patient with all of our requests and questions. He made sure everything was taken care of and gave us confidence that he had built the house to meet our expectations.Thanks to you both for closing on time and making our first home buying process as easy as possible. 🙂

I couldnt have asked for a better team to help us with building our dream home! Claudia, the sales consultant for this neighborhood, was there for us every step of the way, went above and beyond for us, even on her days off in emergencies. The construction manager, Eddie, is also amazing. He listened to every concern and made sure that everything was done as it should be. There was an issue with our home specs where something was not as we expected it to be based on the model in another community, and he patiently got it figured out and updated for us, as well as having the specs updated for future buyers. I know it was a pain in the rear type of issue (big things had to be redone), but he never complained and was glad to help make it right. Claudia and Eddie both genuinely want to help and want you to have the best experience and best home possible.

My family is building a home here currently and our experience has been amazing. Claudia, the Sales Consultant, guided us towards the right home for our growing family and did a wonderful job of setting expectations for the process of building. Edward, the Construction Manager, has explained things to us so well on walk throughs of the home and helped us understand the different stages of construction. We are so grateful to have them as our sales/construction team and cannot wait to move into our home soon!
