The buying experience with Highland Homes at Monterra has been the best experience I have ever had with the Sales Agent, Gene Carter and Construction Manager Nayely Bergolla who absolutely both must be recognized for their outstanding service and professionalism throughou the entire process of building our first home. While Gene answered every single of my question on instagram afrer work hours, Nayeley has been instrumental in making sure every single item that needed to be addressed, was in fact addressed and resolved timely. One of the best experiences we ever have had building a Highland Home and if we ever build again, we will definitely choose Highland Home 😃. Thank you to both of you in dealing with a very difficult/demanding client, but you have far outperformed my expectations and definitely deserved to be recognized.
