My home buying experience with the Highland sales agent (Nelli) was absolutely flawless. Always attentive to details, very thorough and pleasant to deal with.The quality of Highland Homes is the absolute best. The after closing warranty service and home care is perfect thanks to the outstanding work of the Builder Jeremy.I will always seek to purchase a Highland Home wherever I move if they’re in that area.Highly recommended homes by a very satisfied customer.

Closed multiple homes here, and personally own a highland home myself in this community….outstanding service - the only builder I can say genuinely care for their clients concerns and does something to make clients happy!!Even if they aren’t wrong they went above and beyond in 4-5 scenarios to make sure my clients are satisfied 💯Love this builder and love working with them over and over again!!!

I am building a home with Highland in the Liberty neighborhood. Our home is almost complete and I have been blown away at the high level of customer service weve received from Highland. Our sales counselor (Nelli) and project manager (Ashton) are top notch. Our home is beautiful and Highland has delivered all of their promises. Highly recommend!!

This review is more for our sales person Caren Gualandi. She is the best sales person my husband I have ever worked with and this is our 3rd house to build. She answered all texts, emails and phone calls within a couple of hours, even on her day off or late at night. She got us answers to questions on pricing, special requests, etc. when no one else was responding to our emails. She sent us a progress photo of our new home every Friday as we currently live several hours away. She has gone over an above what any sales person has ever done for us before. Our home is just in the beginning stages of being built, so all the credit, so far, goes to Caren. We would NOT be building a Highland Home if she hadnt been so wonderful to work with, she gave us the confidence to build with HH.
